Hotels near Guanyin Temple, Chongqing

I just randomly looked at this hotel online. I didn't have high expectations at first, but I was impressed after I came here. The room is very bright and has good lighting. The room also has a projector with good picture quality. There is also a small sofa in the room where you can quietly drink tea and enjoy the scenery. The bathroom is also separated into dry and wet areas. The towels are also very clean. The transportation is also very convenient, with a subway station a few hundred meters away. It is very close to Guanyin Bridge and Jiefangbei. It is also very convenient to go out for fun. The front desk butler is also very polite and attentive. The attitude towards us is also very polite and enthusiastic. Friends who have needs can try it.

The hotel room is very large, with complete facilities inside the room, including a washing machine and a projector. It is very enjoyable to watch movies, and the screen is super large. There is also a large bathtub in the room. I didn't enjoy a bath because I was in a hurry. There is also a smart toilet in the bathroom, which is very comfortable. I will choose this hotel next time. The front desk lady is also very gentle. I will stay here next time

Got upgraded to bigger room and its comfortable. The stays is similar as the image. Recommended to everyone who wanna have a pleasant stay in chongqing. Is located near to 龙头寺 mrt around 5mins walk or 重庆北站北广场 exit C, around 10mins walk and cross the bridge. Can have a nice steamboat at 舒家院 near 龙头寺, its about 10mins drive. Overall stay is good and have alot of 24 hours marts around. The only thing that got to improve is the lift, especially at night even though there is 4 lifts but it tooks at least 15mins to wait which i think the management of the building should improve on.

It was a very pleasant stay at Chongqing. Hotel building is across Raffles City Chongqing, which provides plenty food and shopping options. With rooms high up at level 44-46, you will be guaranteed an amazing view of Chongqing. Room is beautiful with modern furnishing and layout. Comes with plenty of space for you to wind down during your vacation (big bath tub, sofa, high tables). Room is equipped with projector ewith streaming subscriptions, definitely a big plus for us. Housekeeping is via WeChat, which makes it really easy and convenient. Lastly, all food delivery (Meituan delivery) is sent to you via a robot once the delivery guy drops it off at the lobby. Yes, robot knows how to take the lift and ring your door bell. Overall 5/5 and will definitely book again for future trips to Chongqing.

Good location, walkable distance to many tourist spots and didi is cheap. Provides laundry service but not sure if they used detergent for it because our clothes smell and we provided our own detergent to wash. Staff are friendly and willing to re-wash our clothes. Room’s heater is very efficient but the room is warm without it anyway. Water heater takes quite some time to heat up and temperature is hard to control (either too hot or just cold water). “Gym” is just 3 machines beside the front desk, in the lobby. Bedsheet was only arranged but not changed during our 4 days 3 nights stay.

Excellent location. A neat and clean room. Every major tourist destination within walking distance. Lots and lots of food available around the place. Perhaps the only thing that I wish was better was the lift service as mostly the two lifts remain busy and so guests need to wait.  But what makes the hotel special is really the most friendly and helpful service attitude. I want to specially mention the Li Yanlin and Yang Jing. I cannot speak Chinese but they ensured that all my requests were promptly addressed. They helped me book a trip to dazu, suggested how to visit places of interest and even organized a spa treatment upon request. These kind of people attract customers and make a hotel great.

We've booked a loft for 5 nights but decided to cancel after a 1-night stay. The first room on the 35th floor was filled with a bad cigarette smell upon checking in, but they changed the room immediately, which was on the 32nd floor, which was okay. But the bathroom emits umpleasant wet damp smells, which are on the mezzanine floor near to the bed. We cancelled the booking after 1 night & and booked a different hotel. This hotel was located in a high-rise commercial building in Chaotianmen directly opposite Raffles Place, which was shared with Iseya, Indition & a few other local hotel brands. You will need to switch lift to get to the ground level. The wait time for lift during my 1 night stay was ok. We are particular about cleanliness, and this place does not meet our expectations of cleanliness, but to be fair, we have to offset our expectations with the price we are paying. Or shall we? On the positive side, since it's on a high floor, the view was very beautiful. The service from a bespectacled young lady receptionist was superb, attentive & responsive. Dear owner, please note that all my stars go to her. If you're looking for a full amenities from a hotel, you may skip this one. But if you are booking in as a group of friends, this may be suitable. The loft is large & spacious. Will I book again as a couple? Nope. But I will if I'm visiting as a group of friends. It's value for money service apartment & it's a very convenient location.

Beautiful hotel. Definitely worth the price. Located very central across from Raffle City and right at the metro station. The reception is on the 21 floor then the room depends on what you are assigned. The room itself was relatively clean and had everything you needed for your stay. They only thing they can improve is to install hangers for the towels. There is nowhere in the bathrooms you could hang your towels to dry. Staff is very helpful and friendly though expect to use a translator if you don't speak Chinese. Breakfast is ok for the price

Great location right at Hongyadong attraction.. 15 minutes walk to Jie fang bei pedestrian street and Shi Ba Ti ancient town ( 25 to 30mins). Nearest shopping mall is Raffles City. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and towels are changed daily.. washing machine plus dryer is located on level 6 with detergent provided. Convenient store and other shops are located just outside the hotel. We reserved our room with balcony and the view was awesome!! 😄😄😄

Love this hotel ! Front desk Clark 小雙are wonderful , very willing to help , free laundry, service with dryers, free drinks, with flower tea, and specialty teas. Love this hotel. needed to stay till five before boarding cruise ,They were willing to keep my luggage and have me stay at their Lobby .
