The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. Light Rail Line 3 is just a few minutes away. It is very close to Guanyin Bridge, just a few minutes away, and there are many delicious foods. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm and comfortable, the bedding is clean and tidy, and the sleep quality is super high. GGaryWe stayed at The Regent for two nights and are very happy with the experience. At check-on, June and Nicole were patient with our inefficient Putonghua while introducing hotel services and facilities in details such as pool's open hour, whether swimming cap is included and the complimentary mini bar and laundry etc. The hotel is beautifully designed with dark wood rendering a sense of serenity and elegance. Our rooms enjoy captivating views of the river and Hongya Dong. The interior of the room aligns the design of the hotel with aesthetic details such as red tissue box, red stationery box, collateral with soft floral illustration. The bed is very comfortable, the firmness of the mattress is just rigjt.The hotel offers a range of amenities for our convenience which is thoughtful. The complimentary mini bar included soft drinks, white wine, beer and snacks, a very nice offerings..Each room received complimentary laundry of 3 pieces of basic garment which suit our needs. We enjoyed the complimentary special bath as well, rose bath and lemon bath, it is a fantastic gesture. We had breakfast at the Lounge, the buffet quality and selection were wonderful. The Chongqing XiaoMian was the star. The local breakfast specialities and the western choices were all tasty including the fried mackeral, steamed dim sum and the fresh salad. The hotel pool is nice, it is 25m and is indoor. The Regent is located in the financial district, adjacent to a shopping mall. There is a good variety of restaurants and local stores. The Concierge team is friendly and helpful I was not able to catch the team member's name but he has assisted us with our luggages and saw us off with a sincere smile. We had a very memorable stay!

GGuest UserHotel location is quite nice, no matter to Jiefangbei Center, Bayi Road Haochi Street and Hongyadong are very close, downstairs is the light rail station, to go to other attractions in Chongqing to play the traffic is very convenient, the net red attraction cloud eye is on the top of the hotel, the Yangtze River cableway is 50 meters from the hotel, Chaotianmen and the hotel are on the same street, and there are full floor-to-ceiling windows and river view rooms, which make people can enjoy the night view of the invincible mountain city without leaving home. The rooms are clean and tidy. The boss is very careful to decorate, which makes me feel that the hotel is no longer a resting place, but a gentle township during the journey.

Tteachutube1This was our first visit to Chongqing, and staying at this hotel made the experience even better. The location is excellent — very central and within walking distance to many attractions, with a metro station right next to the building. The hotel staff were kind, responsive, and able to communicate in English, which made things easier for us.
Our room was clean and comfortable. It’s not brand new, but it had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the bathtub and the overall friendliness of the staff. The service was quick and helpful throughout our stay. As part of our package, we joined a sightseeing tour arranged through the hotel. It was a packed day, but we got to see a lot. My personal highlights were the 360° tower views and the Space Bunker experience. Although the tour was mostly in Chinese, the guide made an effort to accommodate us, which we appreciated.
The only downside was that we were asked to leave a 5-star review. I believe great service speaks for itself, and while the request felt unnecessary, they truly did provide a great experience — one that does deserve five stars. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again.

LLuangritivutiThe hotel location is marvelous at the central of Jiafangbei area and close to all restaurant and shopping center. The staff were very nice at front-desk and restaurant. The room was comfortable with electric toilet. They were cleaning the room daily. The breakfast menu has variety of menu. Mostly in Chinese style. The bed and pillow was good quality for good sleeping after traveling. We were on 26 floor a bit noise from street on Sat and Sun but week day quiet. But no disturb noise from the other room. The room has full glass wall and you can see the sky line and vibrant of the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and what truly made it stand out was the incredible service we received from Rey at the reception. After traveling across China, Rey was the first person we met who was fluent in English, and that instantly made us feel welcome and at ease. He was extremely helpful, kind, and made sure all our queries were answered without any communication barriers.
Our room was on the 41st floor and the view was absolutely stunning — waking up to that skyline was such a treat! The room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, beautiful views, and a smooth check-in process thanks to Rey. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a panoramic view of the city and river. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the smart devices are all available, showing quality in every detail. The attentive service and exquisite afternoon tea in the executive lounge make people feel noble, and the authentic Sichuan cuisine of Lemei Chinese Restaurant is even more amazing, especially the signature spicy noodles. The gym is open 24 hours a day, the rooftop swimming pool has a wide view, and the night lights create a romantic atmosphere. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional, actively upgrading the room type when checking in, and the room service responds quickly. Overall, this is a hotel that perfectly combines luxury experience with mountain city culture, and is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality! AArkent NathanaelLocated near Hongyadong, the hotel is located in a very good spot. Though, at first I had trouble finding where the hotel lobby is. You actually have to go to the third floor for the hotel lobby! Many hotpots around. The service from receptionists are very good.
The room sound proofing is good. AirCon is cold. Bed is comfortable and the breakfast has a wide variety of food.

FFeiyang ZhutangWe got the 270 degree room and lord was it the greatest room I have ever stayed at. We saw the entire skyline from our room and the tub is right next to the window too. At night I turned off the lights, filled the tub, and just laid there looking at the city for about 2 hours. They have a 2nd floor on this unit too just for sleeping in. The bathrooms were also very high tech and clean. I saw my first bidet in China here and man was it an upgrade from the squatty pottys from everywhere else. Only complaint was that they had construction going in next door and it was loud sometimes. 9.5/10 recommend, will be booking this again when I return to Chongqing.

WWeeStayed here for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom premier.
TBH nothing so premier besides a standard service apartment.
Location wise it's ok but rather away from the main venue and supermarkets are rather a distance.
Surrounding area food availability is decent. You can get the usual hotpot just up the stairs outside need elephant street of 白象街。 Got to those crowded ones and look at the menu pricing. Mostly are different.
Otherwise if you are travelling in from Singapore you should reach the hotel around 230am so if you need food you need to pack before coming to the hotel

GGuest UserIn the hot weather in the main city in August, Fairy Mountain is quite sunny during the day, but it is not cool at night. It can only be said that it is not hot. Maybe I have never encountered such extreme weather. The hotel does not have air conditioning. It was a bit stuffy at night, so I had to leave the quilt alone. There were too many guests and the two rooms booked were far apart. The room facilities are relatively old. The breakfast was not very good, so I just had to eat enough. There are many campers on the sloped lawn in front of the hotel, and the cars are parked on the roadside of the hotel, which is not spacious, making it difficult for guests to park. There is no elevator, so you have to carry heavy suitcases if you live high up. It’s not very convenient to eat. You either have to walk from the big lawn to the farmhouse settlement below (you’ll be a little tired when you climb back up the hill), or you can drive down (there is a side entrance of the scenic spot not far from the road at the entrance). When you come back, show your scenic spot ticket. There may be no parking spaces left. The price of nearly 800 yuan in peak season may be worth more than 200 yuan in normal times.
