Nice hotel but very much noise in the night someone was having a party with some people till 0400 am. .sorry to say but chittagong is not an easy city to visit .need to be there for business and a hotel must be a quite clean and silent place for their guests. They didn't really succeed .also it hotel is outdated and need renovation . Not easy to charge your phone but it's clean and bed was oke.

I like the convenient location of this hotel. The rest are good, just a bit noisy.

My experience was horrible staying at this hotel last night. The AC was not working and fan was making sound. There were no speed control of the ceiling fan. One Lift was out of order. Another lift head long queue . door lock was Disturbing . privacy is very poor in this hotel. because you can hear anything from the next room. this was a house which was converted into Hotel. I don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

I have had the opportunity to stay at this hotel multiple times. It is a pleasant establishment located in the heart of the city. While the rooms and furnishings dated, the hotel offers a satisfactory buffet breakfast. The staff members are trained and professional.

Breakfast is good and the restaurant too. Staff knocking at the door at 6 a.m. in the morning (!!), asking if you have some laundry. When checking out, staff at the reception accused myself and another guest of having stolen 'face towels'. It turned out that most probably hotel staff is involved, as it became clear that one hotel staff member enters guest rooms without permission when a guest is leaving the room during the day. Please be aware. Better choosing another accommodation.
