We booked a room that unfortunately was for the wrong dates through a third party. We were told by the third party that they would refund us but that the hotel had to release our reservation. We called them immediately after realizing the dates were wrong which was within an hour. The reservation was for two days from then. The hotel said they would not cancel it. They charged us almost $600 for a room we did not stay in and called in advance to explain our situation. They also did not allow for us to change the days to the days we were actually looking for. While the hotel is lovely and the staff was pleasant even delivering the bad news I won’t be looking to book with them again.

This is a very nice hotel with a good view in Chicago. The room and bathroom are very clean.

When I got to the hotel the only luggage assistance was from the taxi driver. After you check in at ground floor you go up to 15 to change elevators but as there was no help with bags they need better signs. The room was fine and clean until it began to rain and the leak by the window made for a few interesting moments. Breakfast bar was okay but a little limited for the price. At check out I had to ask twice (two different people for the taxi). I should have picked the Holiday Inn.

Good place

It seems to be a new hotel, relatively spacious and bright, but the room smells bad and the windows cannot be opened for ventilation. I asked the waiter to help with the ventilation, but he never came.

The location is good but the air conditioner in the room is too noisy. And every morning, the noise of the cleaning lady chatting at the door of the room is deafening. People with mild allergies should be careful when staying here.

The location of the hotel is very good, and it is very convenient to walk to the river. The scenery outside the hotel is very good, overlooking the scenery on both sides of the Chicago River! The hotel has complete facilities and rich breakfast!

The external decoration of the hotel requires an elevator to reach the 15th floor and then transfer to the elevator. Tips are required for breakfast. The room is standard. The water dispenser at the door is unique and can make sparkling water. Parking is 56/day on the opposite side
