The location is good about 12min walk to Red Line train station. Comes with free breakfast and the staff are accommodating. I booked a private room on the basement and it’s good it has fridge and microwave.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to reach the city center. The facilities are clean, and the beds are comfortable. However, the AC is quite loud, and the beds can be a bit shaky. Overall, I recommend this hostel for solo travelers.

The services weren't so bad it could have been better. But, it's a hostel after all so every one's experiences will be different. There are many factors, such as the room you take. Additionally, the tenant(s) in your room/dorm can influence your experience. Mine wasn't so good. Another important consideration is that in some cases taxes are included during online booking or when paying any additional cost at the hostel. I was told that I must pay for the breakfast in order to confirm my booking. So be mindful that can happen.

The staff were friendly, and the hostel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean but the bed's mattress was too soft and the blanket was too thin

Cool building in a very nice area. The breakfast was decent, the laundry service was easy to use and had plenty of amenities you'd need when travelling.

I really enjoyed my stay here for a quick weekend getaway, pun intended. Close to a lot of eateries and bars, convenient location and great price. Will definitely stay here again when I revisit Chicago.

Great place

The hotel canceled my reservation. They left 10 people without a place to sleep. They didn't mention any issue when we dropped our bags off in the morning. The front desk staff were incredibly unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good place!

The room as well as the hotel in general were very clean and had a complete standard. The environment is beautiful. My roommates are very well-mannered and don't make any noise, but the iron bed shakes and makes a lot of noise, and it can be a bit depressing if no one dares to make any noise. It can be suggested to arrange people who need to get up at different times to live in the same room. The breakfast is a simple classic American breakfast.

Hotels in Chicago are too expensive. This room is suitable for one or two people. The bed is comfortable, there is a window, and it is neither cold nor hot. The toilet is in the room, but you have to go to the corridor to get out of the rain, which is very close. In general, if you want to save money, this room is fine. The location is very good and safe.

I was surprised by how much bigger it was than I expected. The staff were friendly and I was satisfied with everything.
