Facilities are clean, but not very new, a standard 4 star hotel, staffs are very nice and helpful. They are very good to support marathoners on Chicago Marathon event day with some food bar and fruits provided to runners at the morning🫡🥰🥰🙇🏻♀️ The location is around 2k away from Grant Park, still convenient to those guests for attending marathon.

Wonderful experience staying here. Its in downtown area. Staff is helpful. Nearby lot of eataries are available.

The customer service here was above and beyond. Two couples, two separate rooms, celebrating two birthdays. They upgraded both of our rooms, sang Happy birthday, and gave us all free drink coupons for their lobby bar.

The hotel is located in the downtown which is safe. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. However, the hotel has not provide kettle so i cannot have hot water to drink during the stay.

A historic hotel with accessible prices if you get a discounted offer. It’s a shame they don’t offer breakfast but the location makes up for it, right on the magnificent mile. Our room was confortable but the A/C unit was too noisy.

It was the best hotels I've booked so far in my life. Location was AMAZING and the quality was great for the price. Staff were nice and everything was clean. Would only go here from now on when I visit Chicago!

Great location, and good price, amazing people at reception and valet. Friendly and accommodating, humble staff. Always willing to help. Good clean rooms, not really posh luxury or modern but well kept and clean, specially the shower/toilet bathroom is super clean. The area is super busy specially the street where you drop your car for valet but it works smooth without any troubles. One extra ordinary point: check in check out is smooth, straight forward and the quickest I have experienced.
