Great resort for those travelling around. Fitness room is basic. Breakfast was great for the price/class of accommodation. Friendly staff throughout. Restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced with selection of local beers, wines and spirits - the local Chiang Rai IPA is a must try

the hotel is outside of town, but beautiful located next to the river. Unfortunately there are no restaurants or pubs nearby.

This hotel is quite far from the main road and old building and rooms. My room was assigned to 2nd floor corner and quite walking distance to lobby area. Room is basics and bed was hard so I had sore over whole body next day. Breakfast spread wasn’t good and service at restaurant lacked a lot. Staffs were chatting their own around and no one at noodle cooking station or serving.

Our Superior Studios are set in two-story buildings with 3 rooms downstairs and 3 upstairs. All other room categories are in single story buildings. Most of our guests compliment us on our breakfasts for its choice of Asian as well as international dishes. I am sorry to hear that you also found our staff inattentive. Review: The Legend Chiang Rai Boutique River Resort & Spa Date of stay: May 12-14, 2025 I had the opportunity to stay at The Legend Chiang Rai for 2 nights and I must say that I was impressed with every aspect of my stay here. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in Lanna style, giving me a relaxing feeling from the first step I took. The surrounding atmosphere was quiet, surrounded by trees and by the Kok River, making it really suitable for relaxation. The breakfast was varied and tasty. The food in the resort's restaurant was delicious, especially the local dishes that were cooked to perfection. The swimming pool overlooked the Kok River, with a shady atmosphere and sofas for sitting and relaxing. You could see the sunset beautifully. Most importantly, all the staff were smiling, polite, and warmly welcoming and very attentive. Conclusion: This resort is suitable for families, couples, or anyone looking for a quiet place to relax in Chiang Rai. Very good service, the hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. The hotel manager is very nice, the front desk girl has a sweet smile. The uncle who plays local instruments is also very cute😊. The massage is also superb! Good place, quiet and beautiful. The room is also big and worth the money. I will definitely stay here next time. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their help❤️
