The room is cleaning, and the staff is helpful very near and close to the downtown area within walking distance.

The hotel has a good location and nice rooms with reasonable price. Bathroom was clean but hot water could be better. They also help if you want to store your luggage. Don't forget to have 500 baht cash for deposit. Otherwise, you have to leave your passport until check out.

It was not bad but heater for the shower wasn't working. The staff helped me but I had to took the shower at the next room

Don’t chose a room with a door to neighbors. Either way you will hear them like you’re in the same room.

Generally it was a pleasant stay. Budget hotel and you pay for what you get.

Hotel was a little dated in places but was clean and had everything we needed. Had no issues.

I stayed there two nights and I liked it! The staff was helpful and friendly. We could leave our bags in the lobby for some time after the check out. The lobby area is comfortable to have rest there. The hotel is located not far from the main attractions, massage places and restaurants. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable enough. I can recommend this hotel for your stay in Chiang Rai.

A budget stay near clock tower. Not very clean property. Room size was decent but lacking light. I reached early by 12 noon but they didn't give me the room till 2pm and I felt even though they have room free, they didn't allow early check-in.

Everything as expected. Stayed B2 another location previously. Very satisfied. Great value for money !

Nice staffs.... Room is fine with large windows...good location. Tv is not working properly, but I don't care much... Just use my phone B2 used to give coffee....NO MORE... Just water. It's ok for 1 night for me.. Good sleep....good peice

Hotel room Is nicely designed and clean. It's exactly like those photos in Trip.com. WiFi intermittent in our room 209 that is further from the lift lobby. Informed reception and they happily changed our room with good Wifi. Many eateries nearby but 7-eleven is 3 streets away. For the low nightly rate this is a very cost effective accommodation.

Good location,about ten minutes walk from the bus station/night market area.Good value for money,perfect for a short stay in Chiang Rai.
