I stayed at the hotel for a long time and had a really pleasant experience. The location is beautiful—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some rest. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated how calm the atmosphere was, even during busy days. What stood out the most was the staff—they were always friendly, helpful, and made me feel at home. They went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The service was consistent and warm throughout my stay. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is my third trip to Thailand! My previous visits to Bangkok and Phuket eight years ago were both fantastic experiences. This hotel stood out as one of the more luxurious buildings on the street, which is notable considering Chiang Mai's charmingly retro and rustic aesthetic as a smaller city. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us politely each day – the kind of excellent service that's truly a hallmark of Thai hospitality. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's pool. The surrounding area is vibrant, with numerous Western restaurants and brunch spots. You'll also find plenty of 'down-to-earth' local stalls selling fresh fruit, BBQ, delicious papaya salad, and Roti (Thai-style pancakes). Additionally, there are several authentic Thai restaurants nearby. **Facilities:** While they were a *touch* dated, it's entirely understandable for a smaller city like Chiang Mai. **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping did a phenomenal job; our room was always meticulously cleaned and tidied before we returned each day. **Ambiance:** Both the pool area and the corridors were incredibly photogenic, perfect for snapping some great pictures.

I need to say was okey for 2 nights but nothing special at all ! I think you can book with less money in a better place. But overall was clean, the people was nice and has a good location.

The hotel is in a prime location, right by the Sunday Night Market and on a major street, making transportation pickups very convenient. The exterior features a spacious parking lot, which was great for our airport transfer. The property also offers valuable amenities such as a pool and coin-operated laundry. The staff were kind and accommodating, adding a positive touch to our stay. However, the rooms were disappointing compared to the photos shown online. The images featured remodeled rooms, but the rooms—particularly those with purple accents—were older and less appealing. Our room had a dirty bathtub with a moldy shower curtain liner and equally gross shower ventilation fan, outdated or broken furniture, and a TV that stopped working on our last night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was weak during the day, making it challenging to stay connected. The breakfast was also overly oily, prompting us to choose other dining options after the first morning. While the location and staff made our stay convenient and pleasant in some respects, the outdated and poorly maintained rooms make me question how this is listed as a four-star hotel. I can’t recommend this hotel based solely on its location, and I suggest that management focus on updating the rooms and improving cleanliness and the quality of breakfast.

It was a clean, new building, so everything was great! The reception staff were all friendly and helpful! (Korean available) The quiet atmosphere made it even better.

It is in the old city, less than 300 meters away from Chiang Mai Gate and more than 800 meters away from Tha Pae Gate. There are several temples around it, and the Saturday and Sunday night market is just a stone's throw away. The boss is very nice, and coffee and tea are very convenient. The price is very affordable. It is worth recommending.

Very simple, clean and beautiful. The comfortable coffee aroma and fragrance make the space heal the heart. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room have a big and beautiful view of the street! The hotel is situated near the largest and oldest temple in Old Town. We arrived early from the railway station, and the reception kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in since the room was available, which made our day more enjoyable and our travel smoother. The pool was nice, but unfortunately, the weather was too cool for swimming. Overall, the service was excellent.

Really good. I stayed for 9 more days, 18 days before and after. clean. The hotel has an atrium and my room has a small terrace to make people lie quiet. Near the pedestrian street, there are several specialty restaurants around, Cafe, especially Khao Soi of Stories Restaurant, go back to eat three days a week, a small chicken leg in the fragrant soup, every time I drink the soup. I saw the guests several times and ordered this Thai special noodles. There are 7-11 nearby, which is very convenient. Water and coffee tea, bicycles are free, and one copy of the document is free. Rent 50 baht for bicycles outside, and 10 baht for water.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, the Chedi Luang Temple is just outside the alley, transportation, shopping, and dining are very convenient. The room is in the alley, which is not easy to find for the first time, but this place is very quiet. The front desk and room service are very good. It’s not too accustomed to take off your shoes when you enter the door. You have to bring a pair of slippers. Otherwise, you will fall down when you wear the slippers provided by the hotel. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it is still acceptable. .
