I love this hotel.  The location is perfect, and the room is nice and clean.

Nice experience, I would definitely book again. Nice room and good location. Breakfast wise, I think they can slowly serve as the portion is very big and the food gets cold quickly.

The location is very good, very close to Thapae Gate, you can walk to anywhere in the ancient city, and 711 is also very close. The service is very good and friendly. The restaurant downstairs for breakfast is open to the public, but hotel guests are given priority, and the Western breakfast is very exquisite. The overall style and color matching are very beautiful, very French, and the public areas are also very beautiful, which is a bit stylish in Chiang Mai. The facilities are only given 4.5 points because we studied for a long time and couldn’t find a way to lock the balcony door. I don’t know if the lock is broken or our method is wrong 😅 and there is no main switch for the lights in the room~ But it’s harmless

It takes more than 10 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. You can see the pagoda from the balcony and window. The minibar is refilled every day for free. There is a popular brucnh downstairs. I didn’t book breakfast. But I was given discount coupons every day. Everything is good. But there are too few gym equipments. There is no gym at the appointment.

We stayed for two nights. The service attitude of the staff is 120 points (out of 100 points). The toiletries are of good quality and smell good (coconut scent). The decoration is very good and I feel comfortable. I had a happy stay and will come again.

The staff's smiling service makes people feel warm. The balcony of the room I booked can see the big pagoda, which is great! Very satisfied!
