The location was great for our stay. Walking distance to some cafes and vintage shops in the area. We walked over the bridge that took us over the river and into the town center, which was super convenient. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful. For checkout, our flight wasn’t until the evening but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel as we went about and enjoyed our last day. Would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is good. The service staff is professional and enthusiastic. The room is very quiet at night. The water pressure is a bit unstable. It can be better. I look forward to staying here again next time I come to Chiang Mai.

Staff are polite. The location of the hotel is really bad, there is a lot of dust nearby. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the ancient city by car. The hygiene level of the room is acceptable. But the view from the terrace is really not attractive at all. The outgoing river may look like a silt ditch due to low tide. The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit insufficient and the hot water is unstable. I used one of their laundry bags and was charged THB100. There are no USB plugs in the room. The air conditioning is sufficient and strong.
