Very quiet, clean and comfortable space to staying on a very busy business area with so many shops and trains in short walk distances. The team was very professional and very understandable of our needs.

Convenient location, next to metro. Free breakfast van be improved. Suggest to buy foods from nearby convenient store.

Be prepared for a small tight space, you may find it hard to open your luggage if you are 2 big adults. ok for 1 single traveller. but he hotel is very new and locatoin is very good, just above the train station and comes w a supermakeet and family mart just facing it. I love its new-ness but would be good if rooms are a little larger for the Compact room price.

Perfect location, right besides subway station, nice reception staff. Room is tiny, but clean and equipped with everything. A bike rental station is nearby too.

There was a cockroach in the room at the first day we arrived the hotel.

Hotel is at a very convenient location. But it could get a bit noisy at night during a long weekend, the flush of motor bike riders were so loud. Apart from it no complaints. Very close to metro station & convenient store’s & supermarket!

Location is very convenient to all the shopping districts via train + close to JR station as well. Very nice room and comfortable environment! Nearby there is a convenience store as well :) Only downside is TV doesn’t have youtube/netflix etc and only has Japanese channels but not that big of a deal!

It was my first time travelling in Japan and I really enjoyed staying at this hotel for it's convenience, location and cleanliness.

A good mid budget hotel, conveniently located near the metro and near one of Osaka's main roads.

Clean and convenient location to get around Osaka with train station right below. There is lift access for this station too! Will stay again.
