Fantastic location near to Thapae Gate.

TV didn't work but everything else was good. Staff were friendly especially the owner!

We were traveling as a couple with our child. We have been to Chiang Mai about 10 times. As expected, being near Thapae Gate is really convenient. It was spacious and had a balcony, so we could hang out the laundry, which was great, but the check-out time was 11am. Even if we went out once, we were supposed to be able to relax in the morning, but it got a bit out of our schedule, so please be careful.

Pros: The room is simple and the host is very friendly. Convenient location, many good restaurants nearby, not far from 711. Ten minutes by taxi from the airport and bus station. Cons: Although the room I booked has a window, it is pitch black without turning on the light. In addition, the sheets and quilt covers have stains. Next time if I go again, I will definitely not stay in this black room specially prepared for Chinese people, and may book a room with a balcony. I hope the hygiene of the sheets and quilt covers can be better.

There are all kinds of restaurants nearby, and there are also temples to visit. Mowan Temple is very special. Over the past few years, the hotel has indeed become a bit older. The floorboards are sometimes warped, and the drainage channel of the wash basin is clogged and the water drains slowly. Even calling room service can solve it in time. There are some tables and chairs at the door for guests to sit, which is very comfortable and feels like home.

The hotel is located in a narrow alley next to McDonald's at Thapae Gate and is very easy to find. The facilities and room amenities are average. The TV can only receive more than a dozen Thai channels. No deposit is required for check-in, but one thing to note is that the hotel does not have an elevator and requires going up and down through narrow stairs. Older people or those with large and heavy luggage need to consider this carefully.

The location is very good, opposite Thapae Gate, next to McDonald's and Lanzhou Ramen, with complete surrounding facilities and a Chinese supermarket. Convenient transportation, good environment, clean and sanitary.

There is no curtain on the window of the room door, so the corridor light will shine in at night. The hotel location is very close to Tha Pae Gate. The building opposite the room is very close and has multiple air conditioners, so there will be noise at night. Most of the furniture in the room, such as coffee tables and lockers, are made of rattan. Because they are old, there are many very small bugs crawling on them, so food, tableware, etc. cannot be placed on them.

The hotel is near Tha Phae Gate, near the MC shop, suitable for tourists who do not have a personal car. Because there are buses passing by. The staff are friendly and take good care of you. Impressive. In the morning there is free coffee and snacks.

I stayed there for more than 10 days and it was really nice. I had food poisoning, but they bought me drinks and gave me porridge. I plan to visit again next time!!

The room is clean, with toothpaste and soap. The lady boss speaks good English and gives good travel advice. There are stairs, so you can stay here if you can climb them. It is very close to Thapae Gate and the price is quite reasonable. I like it here.
