This is my 3rd difft time staying here. Wish I could've stayed longer but rooms were all sold out. Staff are kind and friendly, rooms are good and breakfast is great. Highly recommend.

Overall the hotel and room is okay. But I feel that a bit pricey for this hotel. Swimming pool is under maintenance so can’t enjoy the pool. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful in every aspect. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were great. However, the only minor drawback was the water shower pressure, which was a bit low. Despite that, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Lovely stay! I was there for only one night but it was great, clean, good service, friendly staff and amazing design. Free water, coffee, tea, some fruits and a good breakfast. Everyone willing to help. Far enough from bars to have a good sleep and children are not allowed. I will visit there again If I go back to Pai. Thanks Demetri for his good vibe.

This is my second time staying at Bed. Although the breakfast here is not as varied as the one on Nimman Road, the service here is really good. The staff there are very friendly, especially the girl who can speak Chinese, who is very enthusiastic and takes good care of us. My mother said that it feels like being taken care of at a friend's house. I will choose Bed again when I come to Chiang Mai next time.

This is my third stay at this BED. The first time was in 2015, and the second time was last November. The reason why I choose it again and again is that I really like it. First of all, in terms of hotel hardware level, BED is only at the level of domestic Hanting, and may not be as well decorated as the new Hanting. However, BED has many small details in its special services, such as: unlimited fruit, coffee, and drinking water 24 hours a day (everyone knows that tap water in Thailand cannot be drunk even if it is boiled), instant noodles, free umbrellas, etc. Secondly, BED is a hotel with a strong sense of boundaries. Its service is warm but not overly enthusiastic. The front desk will greet you every time you go out and return to the hotel, asking you if you have any questions about what you are going to do, or what you feel about shopping today, or at breakfast, they will ask if you need anything else, whether you need plates and cutlery after taking things from the roadside stalls, etc. Every time they ask enthusiastically, and then chat appropriately. This BED is in a small alley next to Wat Phra Singh. The location is in a quiet state in a bustling city. Basically, the hotel is also very quiet during the weekend night market. From 8pm to 8am every day, the hotel will remind guests not to speak loudly and keep quiet, which is very friendly to those who like quietness or have trouble sleeping. Only adults can stay in the hotel, which also avoids uncontrollable incidents with children.

The second time I stayed there, the waiters were great, they were smiling all the time, not fake smiles, they would ask you what you needed, they were polite, and not overly enthusiastic, which was great. There were also a few Western staff, very young and energetic, they provided fruit and juice 24 hours a day, which was replenished more promptly than the Ningman Hotel. I also stayed in Ningman for a few days, but when I returned to the hotel, there was no fruit or juice, and it was not replenished. The service at the Old Town Hotel will be much better. I will not stay at the Ningman Hotel next time, I will definitely choose the Old Town Hotel.

Facilities: The room door is still noisy and the sound insulation is not good Hygiene: Water stains and unknown liquid on the bed sheets

The hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I like it very much. The price/performance ratio is very high. Especially the hotel staff are very positive and enthusiastic. This makes our stay a great experience. The restaurant bar also has 24-hour unlimited coffee and drinks. It is really great. Like, and I love their cats so much🐱. The best employee is the one I am holding. Hahaha, I asked her name, but it is in Thai and I don’t know how to spell it. If I come to Chiang Mai next time, I will definitely stay with them again~

On my second night of extended stay, I still like the staff of this hotel very much. They are very kind and helpful. I sincerely recommend it.
