A Guesthouse more than a proper hotel. No real front desk service. Very quiet and good location in downtown Chiangmai. Good for a short stay !

The location is perfect. There is a good washing-machine which you can use for free. Good shower, but there is no door in the bathroom/toilet only a curtain (which did affect your privacy and the airco blows in the shower). Staff is friendly. We hung the please clean the room sign on our door, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned.

Stayed for 7 nights. Initially was kind of disappointed looking at the exterior especially there wasn't any elevator. There after stayed a few days found out it was quite central to many attractions and within walking distance. Lint ( not sure if I spelt correctly) was very gentle and soft spoken. Approachable too. It's a cosy motel I would say. My husband disbursement mind staying for longer period. It seems we are asked to cook our own food. Nice food across the river. Aroy dee was very affordable and delicious. Staffs are very friendly too.

It was simply an amazing stay. Value for money, breakfast was great. Would highly recommend the place.

Nice guesthouse with great location, friendly staff, huge common space. Rooms are rather old, but have good mattress.

Nice hotel, great location as it is a walk away from Tha Phae Gate and various other tourist attractions. Quiet ambience and great experience. Will recommend to all travellers to Chiangmai.

Great stay here in Chiang Mai! The hotel is a short walk from the old city center, with a 711 and loads of restaurants nearby. The people working here are very friendly, helping us book a night tuktuk tour of CM as well as a day trip/car to Chiang Rai. Room was basic but decent and clean. Only thing I'd like to see improve would be better hot water, but overall, great stay!

Thank you for letting us check in early. The location is great. The room is also clean. There is also a cute dog. There are coffee, bananas and biscuits in the morning. The toilet door does not feel very secure. It would be better if it is repaired.

Objective evaluation Pros: Good location, close to Thapae Gate, convenient for eating and shopping, in the city center, owned by compatriots, easy communication, and friendly Cons: The toilet has no door, only a chain, which is a bit awkward. The most important thing is that the water pressure of the shower is very low, which makes it uncomfortable to wash. I just happen to attach great importance to this, so I am not completely satisfied In general, it is still good, and I hope it will get better and better. There is a stir-fry restaurant nearby that is okay, the juice at the door, and the one with cashew chicken cubes. I personally think it is relatively good value for money, and I recommend it to everyone.

Good location with washing machine

Very clean, the service staff is also very friendly. When I first checked in, the room was dark. I thought the bedding was not changed, so I asked the two girls to change it for me. The girls changed it without saying a word. The Chinese guy at night was also very good. There are many places to eat around. Very convenient. A small suggestion is to clean under the bed when cleaning, there is some dust under the bed. That would be more perfect. The check-in staff are very quiet and keep a beautiful feeling.

The location is convenient for traveling in the city by taxi. The hotel area does not have a car park. The hotel has 4 floors, no elevator. In the room, there are 2 bottles of drinking water, a small bottle of soap/shampoo, no hair dryer. The room I stayed in did not have a hot water heater. Suitable for those who want a cheap but clean hotel.

A very satisfying stay. The front desk was warm and thoughtful. It was convenient to go anywhere around the ancient city. The door where you can take a picture can be seen as soon as you walk out of the alley in a few minutes. The room was also comfortable and warm.
