I book the king size room with bathtubs. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Room is nice and quiet too. Not like other places that are very crowded at night which makes me sleep well. Besides, the price are affordable and it’s always fully booked. I wanna extend for 2 more nights but they told me fully booked🥹. Overall is super good and nice.

The experience was good. The hotel has perfect location and is strategically located near old town landmarks and restaurants. We have peaceful night sleep every night as it was quiet. Staff was helpful and love the private rooftop area with private bath tub

The best hotel for me in Chiangmai. Located in the middle of the old town but quiet as its not at the main road. Walking distance to some local restaurants and Sunday night market. There are no complaints and everything is perfect for me. Remember to meet the friendly cat called Panda.

My first hotel in Chiang Mai was Biphrasing, and it was nice to stay alone. The location is far from Thapaemun, but it is in the old town, so it is easy to go anywhere, and there are many delicious restaurants and cafes nearby. There is also a 7-Eleven nearby, and it was nice that they gave me two 500ml bottles of water every day. The only problem was the hot water. The hot water suddenly stopped coming out when I was showering. So I asked the staff for help, and since they couldn't fix it, I had to use the shower in another room and come down. The staff left work at 10 or 11, so it was inconvenient to solve the problem of not having hot water and having bugs (crickets??) the size of two fingers stuck to the curtains. All the staff members are kind and try their best to help. Other things I remember are that the air conditioner is noisy, the bed is big and soft, and although it may be different for each room, the view from the room was disappointing because the wall was right next to the window. There were no slippers, so I brought them with me. Of course, every hotel has its pros and cons, so Biphrasing is a good value hotel.
