Contact the hotel, and use official talk to investigate whether this happened, so whoever stays in the hotel will be unlucky.

There is no service at all, and it is not worth the price. The car can't drive close to the hotel entrance. I asked for a quilt and was told there was no one. Then I got angry and got a quilt. It's really rubbish.

A person from the engineering department came to the door and explained that lifting the door handle upward meant it was locked. In this state, the door card could not open the door. The managers should reflect on whether they should change the doors, change the locks, train employees, or train guests on how to open the door. In short, it is not appropriate for guests to run around. The key is that they have not opened the door after two trips. 5. For the phone number of the superior suite, all hotel live broadcast buttons show that this number is empty. The darkness is really scary, because the occupancy rate is not high, and the corridor and outside are very dark and quiet. I asked the front desk if they could turn on a night light or adjust me to a room near the elevator, but they were refused. I really didn’t sleep well all night😵

As a hotel that will be put into operation in 2023, the overall feeling is very average, especially the service needs to be improved urgently. The weather is cold, so we cannot provide many quilts or blankets; the afternoon tea included in the package is quite simple, consisting of a glass of juice or cold coffee, two egg tarts, and extremely unpalatable donuts; because of the Chinese New Year, I am worried that the nearby farms will not be open, so please consult the front desk for information I got a card for a farm, but after all the hard work, I found that the door was not open! Soft power needs to be improved!

The supporting facilities are complete, the room is clean, spacious and bright, and it is close to the scenic spot. It is worth staying.

The service attitude is very good. Anyway, only Zhangjiajie and Chenzhou have good tourism development in Hunan.
