My stay at the Radisson Blu at Egmore for 3 days was absolutely a gem. From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff.
The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries .
The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea.
Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.”
After a disastrous experience last month with another reputed hotel in Chennai, I approached my stay at the Radisson Blu with trepidation. To say that I was mistaken would be an understatement. The room is top class, the amenities provided are very good. The food options are plenty and cater to multiple taste buds. The staff are friendly, flexible and ever willing to help.
