Chengdu Chenghua District Hotels

Location: nearby have many stores and food 15mins walk can reach IFS Surprisingly that have washing machines able to use. They upgraded our Room and was clean each time we head out. Bed was comfortable is a massage bed. One things that I would like to feedback my last two days in the hotel, was the AC in the room. They adjusted the whole building due to weather , somehow it affect that experience in the room. But I would like to say that also they tried to find fan for us to put in the room.

Well located near Chengdu East Railway station. Local food and shopping nearby. Major shopping 25-30 minutes by taxi around 30yuan each way. Staff very friendly and helpful.  Would stay there again.  Only downside is the location to Tianfu International Airport about 50km 200yuan taxi fare.  Photos view from 27th floor room and Chengdu Station 600m walk

My stay at the Chengdu Kapok Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! It happened to be my birthday, and Winnie, a wonderful staff member, proactively asked if I'd like a complimentary cake. She actively coordinated with the decor company throughout the process, and the moment I opened the door, I was deeply moved by the special celebratory ambiance and exquisite details in the room. Winnie not only helped with the room arrangements but also assisted with the TV screen casting details, even during her break. She always responded to my messages promptly, making it a truly delightful and unforgettable birthday experience. The hotel's attention to service details is truly impeccable; from the warm greetings at check-in to the well wishes at check-out, every single employee made me feel like family. The room was clean and comfortable, and the night view was absolutely stunning. Combined with Winnie's enthusiastic and attentive service, the entire experience was simply perfect! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special celebratory touch. The Kapok Hotel is definitely the top choice for celebrating anniversaries or any special occasion! I'll absolutely be back next time!

This Loft on Wangping Street is absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect; you step right out into a foodie paradise, and we just couldn't get enough of the local snacks and exploring. The room's split-level design is very clever, and the host is incredibly thoughtful. We'll definitely be back – I loved it so much I didn't want to leave Chengdu!

This hotel instantly won me over on my very first stay! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its unique design aesthetic – soaring ceilings combined with futuristic lighting installations, making every corner Instagram-perfect. The biggest surprise was its incredibly convenient location, making it super easy to get back after an evening of shopping or exploring. The smart features in the room truly cater to modern needs! As winter approaches, my absolute favorite has to be the heated smart toilet – returning to the room each day brought such a comforting sense of warmth and well-being. Evenings were bliss, snuggled in bed binge-watching shows on the 100-inch ultra-clear projector, complemented by the hotel's thoughtful welcome fruit. The vacation vibe was instantly dialed up to max! The attention to detail truly shines through: bedside USB charging ports, automatic sensor lighting, the refreshing scent of the custom toiletries... every design element felt perfectly executed and well-thought-out. The front desk staff's smile was incredibly warm, and every time I walked past, they would proactively ask if I needed any assistance.

I chose this hotel the next day, departing from Chengdu East. It's conveniently located just across the street from the train station. From the lobby to the hotel, everything was comfortable. The room was spacious, with separate wet and dry areas. I especially loved the long TV cabinet, which was very convenient for storing things. The front desk lady was also very patient in sharing nearby restaurants, making my stay a very pleasant one.

I've stayed at this DoubleTree by Hilton multiple times, and each visit has been excellent. The King rooms are slightly smaller than the Twin rooms and are also more expensive. Personally, I find the Twin rooms offer better value. The location is superb. Tianjie shopping mall is right downstairs, and Dongjiao Memory Park is directly opposite, so you'll never be short on dining or entertainment options. This is my absolute top pick when visiting Chengdu!

I stayed here for 3 consecutive nights while dropping off my child at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (Shahe Campus). The stay was exceptionally comfortable, and I highly recommend this hotel! **Facilities:** It's a smart hotel. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean. **Environment:** Extremely convenient for dining and shopping. There's a vibrant food street right downstairs with a wide variety of delicious local dishes. **Service:** The hotel staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.

On my recent trip to Chengdu, we stayed in a Luxury King Room at Dragon Dream Hotel Chengdu, and the experience was truly exceptional! Upon entering the room, I was immediately drawn to the massive 2x2 meter super king-size bed. The mattress had the perfect balance of softness and firmness; lying on it felt like being gently cradled by clouds. The comfort level was off the charts, ensuring even a light sleeper like me had a perfect night's rest. The room, spanning a generous 50 square meters, felt incredibly spacious with a well-thought-out layout, never feeling cramped. To the left upon entering, there was a wardrobe, a shoe-changing stool, and a mini-bar. A thoughtful touch was the small refrigerator, perfect for keeping drinks chilled. To the right was a vanity area with a dry/wet separation design, and the standalone bathtub was very large. After a tiring day of exploring, a hot soak in the tub completely melted away all my fatigue. Although the bathroom wasn't huge, it was fully equipped. The smart toilet was very comfortable to use, and the large mirror even had a heating function, preventing it from fogging up during showers – every detail was perfectly considered. The room's natural lighting and views were absolutely stunning, thanks to a full-wall, floor-to-ceiling window. During the day, sunlight streamed in unobstructed, making the entire room bright and airy. On clear days, we could even gaze at the distant, rolling mountains, offering panoramic views of both the bustling city and beautiful natural scenery. In the evenings, the room offered dazzling views of Chengdu's city lights, with the sparkling lights creating an incredibly captivating ambiance. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; with the windows closed, all outside noise was instantly blocked out, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and private space. The hotel's location right next to Chengdu East Railway Station was just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. Whether traveling by high-speed rail or taking Metro Line 2 or Line 7 to various attractions downtown, it was all very easy. The surrounding area also boasts numerous dining options and shopping malls, providing a one-stop solution for food, entertainment, and leisure. I was equally impressed by the hotel's service. From the warm welcome by the front desk staff during check-in to their prompt response whenever we had requests, I felt a genuine sense of warmth, just like being at home. They even offered complimentary luggage storage during check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that the elevator wait times could be a bit long during peak check-in hours; I hope the hotel can optimize this aspect. However, overall, my stay was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu!

This hotel is so new that it seems to have opened in a hurry without sufficient preparation. When checking in, they said that the room would be upgraded, but the windows of the upgraded room could not be closed tightly. I called the front desk several times, and it took a long time for someone to come to fix it. After inspection, they said that it could not be fixed, so I had to change the room again, which delayed nearly an hour. However, Manager Yang's service was good, efficient, and able to actively solve problems, but the ability of other service staff could be improved. Considering that the hotel has just opened, these situations are understandable, and I hope it will get better and better in the future.
