There's no parking in front of the hotel; you can only park in the underground parking lot or at the intersection outside. To get a taxi, you have to walk several minutes to the intersection with your suitcase, which is really inconvenient. The nearest subway station is over ten minutes away. The hotel is surrounded by construction sites. I was woken up at 8 a.m. by the banging noises outside, followed by the pounding of drills from the mall downstairs. The noise was so loud that I couldn't rest. After reporting it to the front desk, I was finally given a room on a higher floor. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Perhaps things will get better once the construction around and downstairs is finished? Overall, I probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is good. The rooms are neat and clean. No big fuss frim the staff. Check in and chexk out was quite smooth. Breakfast was quite mediocre. They dont refill the items as it gets over soon. So if you are in a hurry, u will have to leave with out it. Taste is also quite mediocre. There are a lot of good retaurants close by and they serve some good food. Dumplings, barbeque, hot pot, noodles, etc. Overall a good place especially if u have work in this part of town as there are not many standard hotels close by.

I booked a room to watch Lang Lang's concert. The hotel is very close to Dong'an Lake Sports Center and it is convenient to eat around. The service of the waiters is very good. I stayed in two rooms for two nights. At first, I was worried about the noise. The waiter specially arranged it on the 15th floor. I really love it, the craftsmanship is superb! Then there are buses for pick-up, and it’s really happy to share the same bus with others! It was really convenient. After the concert, it was raining heavily outside the venue and everyone was in a mess, but we had a car to pick us up. We were so lucky! The hotel staff are super nice, super gentle, super energetic and super cute! After returning to the hotel, there was free porridge and food. Because it was raining, the hotel also boiled ginger soup 😭😭😭. There were also fruits in the room. It was the first time I stayed in such a good hotel. The Hilton Longquani is a very good hotel which can be used for business travel and leisure in Chengdu. Although located a little bit outside the city center there are still many local restaurants around the hotel to enjoy the local delicacies. The breakfast buffet is excellent and offers a broad variety of Chinese and Western dishes. The hotel is highly recommended.

The little girl at the front desk is very nice and enthusiastic. She came in and brought us two mineral water. It was hot. My wife didn't bring makeup remover, and the little girl gave it to her. I booked a twin room but didn't expect it to be so big. The breakfast was rich and varied, and you could also book a banquet. The location is excellent, next to Chengdu University, and Qinglong Lake is one kilometer away. It is suitable for running and cycling with children and adults.

The sanitation of the room needs to be improved. The bed sheets and pillows are very dirty. There are water stains on the floor. And you can't check in at 2:00, and you have to wait 20 minutes before you can check in. Environment: The balcony is very good. Very cozy. The hotel landscape is very well done. Especially the waterscape, which gives people a Chinese Zen feeling. The breakfast is very average, and the variety is not particularly rich. Compared with other five-star hotels, it may be missing something. The gym and swimming pool are very good. The parent-child park is very poor and no one manages it. And the equipment is very old and dirty. In general, I will not come again for the second time.
