Great hotel. Great airport free shuttle with a nice and friendly driver. The room is stylish, good shower and nice chairs in the room. The reception is friendly and helpful.

An incredibly convenient airport transit option with surprisingly easy access! I chose this hotel to catch an early morning flight, and its convenience was off the charts—the subway station is right outside the door, so I could just walk a few steps with my luggage to the station without having to search for it in the sun. Even better, it's incredibly close to the airport. I pre-booked the hotel's airport shuttle service, and it only took about ten minutes to get to the passenger terminal. No need to get up in the dark to rush to my destination in the morning—it's so convenient for people catching flights! The room was clean and tidy, and the price was great. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have an early morning flight!

In this stunning property you feel like you are staying in The Capital Panem! The design is unique and extremely high quality The rooms are very large, never have i had this much space in a hotel room.. I travel a lot but i have never enjoyed this much space, quality, privacy… The building is made from solid marble and you hear nothing, no elevators whizzing, no other guests, no cleaners… nothing, just total silence. The staff is super nice and super helpful. They are available at your service all the time and they are getting it right. The location may seem remote and not immediately located in the center of all the action. However, this being modern Chengdu, you are only ever a short and inexpensive taxi ride away from everything. Well worth staying at the Crowne Plaza. Amazing Hotel.

The service at Haotian Guotai Hotel (Shuangliu Airport Branch) is very good. Master Zhao and Master Liu are also very good at picking up and dropping off at the airport, and they also take the initiative to help with the suitcases. The beautiful lady at the front desk is also very warm and welcoming. Her good attitude of answering all questions is worth praising. The hotel is clean and sanitary, and the environment is also very good. I will stay here again next time.

Fantastic experience! The hotel lobby was very bright, and the staff were warm, professional, and thoughtfully answered all our questions. Our room was well-equipped with a great view, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The overall environment was excellent, and the cleanliness was meticulously maintained. The location is very convenient for transportation, and it's not far from the airport.

Having stayed here before, I can confirm it's still a highly recommended hotel. The hotel's design and facilities are very well-thought-out and excellently maintained. The electric blackout curtains provide excellent light blocking and operate smoothly and quietly, reflecting their high quality. Amenities include a smart bidet toilet and a practical shelf above the bathtub. A bedside tablet allows for complete room control, managing air conditioning, lighting, and even the privacy glass. A notable improvement since my last stay two years ago is the introduction of a food delivery robot, capable of bringing items directly from the lobby to your room. Even when busy, the concierge staff still goes the extra mile to deliver items if the robot is occupied. The hotel's personal butler proactively connected with us on WeChat beforehand, attentive to our daily needs throughout our stay, and even presented a small gift to our child upon departure. Our stay included a daily replenished complimentary minibar and a one-time afternoon tea at the lobby bar, which offered a delightful ambiance. However, there are some minor drawbacks. While its location above a large shopping mall offers convenient access to shopping and dining, it's quite a distance from the city center. The nearest subway station is a ten-minute walk away, and popular spots like Chunxi Road and People's Park are a 40-50 minute journey.

I stayed here for one night when I was transiting through Chengdu. It was very good. There is a pick-up and drop-off service, and you don’t have to wait for a long time. The room was also very nice. There is also a food street next to the hotel. You can eat Chengdu hot pot once in one night in Chengdu, hehe.

The room is clean and hygienic, the price is not very expensive and is quite standard. The merchant also provides free breakfast. Although it is not very rich, the price is still very good compared to other merchants. It is much better than those pre-prepared meals. The airport transfer is also okay. You can just contact the hotel at the airport. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the hotel. There is no traffic jam on the way. If there is a traffic jam, it may take 20 minutes to get to the hotel. The lady at the front desk also checked in quickly, much faster than expected!

The hotel is generally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of rooms. It's conveniently located very close to both T1 and T2 terminals, offering an on-demand airport shuttle service. It truly lives up to a five-star standard. Let's start with the positives: The rooms are spacious. The front desk staff were very courteous and attentive, even asking about my preferred proximity to the elevator and floor level. After check-in, a lovely staff member even brought bread and a small souvenir to the room. On the downside, the facilities are generally quite dated. The curtains are manually operated, and there was a noticeable lack of power outlets. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My only minor complaint was at the noodle station: I asked for a bowl of noodles, but the chef didn't ask for my preference and just served me a bowl of oily soup noodles! Who wouldn't prefer a refreshing clear broth noodle soup in the morning? Suggestion: The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, and it only takes 3-5 minutes to reach the terminals. I recommend increasing the frequency, perhaps to every 20 minutes.

Excellent, clean hotel with very attentive staff. My family and I had a great stay while passing through Chengdu. Would recommend to any travelled.
