I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, the staff was friendly and someone could speak English and this really helped us in communicating (miss liang). All staff are very quick in responding to our questions and needs. Clean room, No bidet in the closet, and there is supermarket and souvenir shop next to the hotel. For restaurant you need to cross the street or walk toward the back of hotel. We were glad about the laundry is free and you just need give to the staff. Thank you for the experience hotel in chengdu🌸

Great location. Near to 寬窄巷and人民公園。prefer bathroom with lock. Room size is moderate. car park space available. This hotel also provide free laundry service👏👏👏。

Lovely hotel, everything was perfect. Very comfortable bed, nice shower, great staff. Location is very convenient - walking distance to metro station and Kuanzhai Alley. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty solid location, near the People’s Park and The City Centre and Tonghuimen Metro Station so we didn’t have any trouble getting around to all of our different locations on the itinerary. The buffet food was pretty good and very affordable, the staff such as Liang were very kind and helpful and even brought us some nice jelly dessert the night before we left. The rooms were clean and looked just like the photos. Ultimately I would highly recommend visiting this hotel if you ever want to come to Chengdu.

Room as clean, spacious and they offer free laundry cleaning services. The front desk staff was polite and was ready and helpful. Around 10 mins walking distance to the wide & narrow alley.

This hotel is located near Tonghuimen MRT, just 3 minutes walk from the station. 10mins walk to Kuanzhai Alley. Room is clean with all the amenities needed. 1 important thing they provide is their powerful "Dyson" like hairdryer! Most of the hotel hairdryers are either low in power or those fixed on the toilet wall and needed to press on it in order to operate kind. Another fantastic service they provide is their FREE laundry service! I had all my clothes washed before I fly back! Highly recommend this hotel!

Kudos to all the staffs of this hotel coz they are all really very helpful with a great service attitude. They tried their best to accommodate to all our needs. The hotel has great location very near to Tonghuimen metro station. Make sure you get out through Tonghuimen metro station exit C. Room is clean and comfortable.

Friendly staffs assisted us to check in early, and received our parcel. Pleasant experience , good location, close to Kuan Zhai Alley, beside the hotel has a 24hrs convenience store. They got provide local dessert to us (BingFen)
