JOYA Hotel Chengdu Taikoo Li IFS Reviews

Staff are all nice and friendly however since it shares the lift with another hotel, the lift waiting period is so long which is not convenient. Also the room light designed not reasonable there are no proper night light.

Very friendly staff always checking if there is anything can help, and also prompt response. Location is good and about 5-10 mins walk to train station. Room is huge and very comfortable.

We stayed at Joya Hotel for three nights and booked three rooms for six people. All of us were very satisfied with the experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite and professional. Special thanks to the manager Annie—she was incredibly warm and welcoming. She even gave us a lovely local Chengdu gift at check-out. They also provided fresh fruit in each room, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, right next to Taikoo Li, making it super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when in Chengdu.

Room facilities are in good condition, clean, with a nice view of Chengdu's bustling streets. Food delivery can be sent to room by robot. There's a little gift for checkout—a cute panda shopping bag. Also very thanks to Lisa's service and timely response. Nice place, will come again for next visit.

The hotel location is convenient. Walking distance to 太古里 and IFS. The room is big. Good services.

Location is absolutely perfect for the Taikoo Li area, also not far from the Lan Kwai Fong area. Staff was very helpful with any wishes and also helped me get my charger back that I forgot in the room.

Location is very good, near Tai Koo Li and Chunxi Road shopping district Metro is convenient, is located in the middle of Chunxi station & Dongmen Station.

During my recent two-day stay, I occupied rooms 3503 and 2308. Room 3503 offers a splendid high-rise view of the street, whereas room 2308, though lower in elevation, boasts a more elegant layout with soothing potted plants and lighting right at the entrance. The mini-fridge stocked with complimentary snacks and beverages was a nice touch, and the attentive service from the hotel’s dedicated CTrip.com concierge, along with the helpful bellboys at the lobby, enhanced my experience. However, the wait for the elevators was a bit tedious. The building has three passenger elevators and one service elevator, with two designated for Quanji Hotel guests and one and the service is for Xiyue guests. Since the two elevators for Xiyue are unlinked to each other, guests often press both buttons, leading to prolonged waits and repeated door openings. A potential solution could be to either share one guess elevator between Quanji and Xi Yue or to coordinate the passenger and service elevators better. Despite this, I would happily return for another stay.

Would like to share my experience at Cheng Du Taikooli IFS Joya Hotel. Super pleasant experience here for myself and my family. Especially with the warm hospitality of 小马 & Mia, hosting us and making us feel at home even with a little one that we had, they accommodated to our many requests. Highly recommend any one to stay at this Hotel 🤩
