The hotel stay was fantastic. The room was nice and the service was good. However, the sauna, steambath and bubble bath didn’t work and the gym was a bit average. Overall, it was a good stay.

Booked a room for a friend. The friend said the hotel service was very considerate. The front desk gave a safe sleeping bag when checking in. The steam eye mask inside was really necessary. When checking out, Mikki at the front desk also gave the child a little panda. This may be a specialty of Chengdu, hhhh
