Residence Inn Chatsworth Reviews

I have booked a room for 7 nights. Then when I checked in I want to modify my booking but It was rejected. So I came back to my original booking. After 2 nights of stay, when I came back to hotel, the key card could not work, when I ask the front desk office, she said that I have checked out and they put All things in the room to my luguage and paper back and throw away all my food, including our new seal snacks.. i have been expelled from our roo. And my food dan snacks have been throw away without any reason. All the hotel staff only said I dont know what happend. And told me to rebook the room again.

The room cleaning is not humane, there is a fixed time, and it is generally not cleaned at other times, even if you request it. But the hotel is relatively new, the facilities are clean, but the hot water is not good, it takes a long time to get hot water
