The hotel is very clean and within walking distance to Chatswood train station. The TV is even equipped with netflix. I had a great stay there

The location is very handy. 10 mins walk to train, metro, and bus stations. Shopping mall is just a 5 minute walk. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Gym is well equipped. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one day the cleaner didn’t close our door properly, luckily nothing was missing from our room. The main issue is the construction noise and dust. We paid extra for an executive studio with a balcony. However during our stay, the site opposite our hotel was under construction. Cement drill and digger created constant loud noise and dust from 7am each day Monday to Saturday. The construction only stops on Sunday. We could not open the balcony door for fresh air until evening. Another small problem was that the dryer at the 3rd floor was broken for the whole week. The hotel provided us with access to the dryer at the 5th floor, which was helpful.

I hope this continues and there isn't too much noise as they continue and again I apologise for this inconvenience, unfortunately this is out of our control. With regards to the laundry room, we had to wait for the new washing machine and dryer to arrive as the old ones needed replacing, however, I am glad staff assisted you with access to the 5th floor laundry room. Nice studio apartment in walking distance to Westfield, surrounded by many restaurants. A bit of walking from train/metro, rather flat path but few crossings would be a bit troublesome if you are carrying heavy luggage. Friendly and helpful staffs. Frying pan and pot provided in the apartment. (No cutting knife😢)

This is my third time back at Quest in Chastwood. I try to book the executive suite which has the balcony with a view of the suburb. For me, staying at Quest is like going to Starbucks, the standards are there. You know that you will find clean, comfortable amenities, convenient location with parking.

Easy and straightforward. Location is good. Clean and tidy. Lift was repairing during the time of stay.

In general, the room was clean,big and had all the amenities we need. The only problem was that the room was really hot so we had to blast the AC for 30 min. The front desk was also really helpful and called us after we left a charger in the room. Overall, great place to stay.

The location is super good. It is very convenient for transportation, dining and shopping. The kitchen utensils in the room are also complete. However, we stayed for 4 nights and only cleaned the room one day. The range hood is connected to the fire alarm and it can't be turned off, so it makes noise all the time.
