The room smells. Not sure because of what. 
There are chairs in front of main entrance, but guests are there smoking, there is no sign for "No Smoking within x feet of the entrance"
The $15 breakfast is not worth the money.

離北卡羅萊納大學夏洛特校區很近，學校有可以跑步道。酒店設施也很新很乾凈，一直覺得holiday inn在同價位裏面很出色。

It's very close to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and the school has a jogging track. The hotel facilities are also very new and clean. I always think Holiday Inn is excellent in the same price range.

There is a Chinese restaurant next to it, very convenient.

酒店設施都比較好，最可惜的是車停在這個酒店的停車場遇到了爆車窗，參展用的所有展品都被偷了！！

Stayed 4 nights in August. The property location is pretty good. There are a number of restaurants, bars and attractions fairly close. The hotel itself is nice and my room was well appointed, clean and up to date. The front desk staff was great, very friendly and attentive. I didn't get any house keeping as they only offer every 3 day service and it didn't seem necessary to get it for my last night. Currently the bar, restaurant, concierge room and pool are closed. They do serve a buffet breakfast on the weekend, which I didn't not take part in. I wish hotel properties would make it very clear prior to booking what services are available and operating. I guess my lesson is learn to call the property prior to booking. Overall, if you want to be in this part of Charlotte, this is a decent property to stay.

The hotel rooms are clean, spacious and bright, and the facilities are well equipped and intimate! The front desk staff was very welcoming, free parking, the swimming pool was small, the breakfast was relatively simple, not very much in line with Asian tastes. The Chinese buffet next door to the hotel is quite rich and the taste is super good! Large scale, low fees, it is worth recommending!

Compared to other hotels, this place is great and inexpensive.  Parking is well lit.    Staff is friendly, efficient and responsible with COVID, Beds were comfortable, internet and TV worked just fine. Don't know if they offer a modified breakfast since I left early.  Would stay here again for sure especially at the price.
