Front desk is super helpful. Great location, very near to the happening walking street and IFS. The hotel is also just next to the alley which has a few nice cafes to chill at. Recommended to tourists.

The service was ok, but quiet hard without speaking Chinese. Location is quite ok. Rooms are quite decent and comfy!

Modern and sleek, and equipped with update-to-date technology and accessories. The mattress and pillow are one of the comfiest I've slept in a hotel, that I was actually tempted to buy two pillows to bring back with me. The snacks and drinks in the fridge are also all free of charge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was filling, enough to fuel you for the morning. If you would like to eat more, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Huangxing Rd walking street.

The front desk upgraded the room very well. The room facilities are very good, clean, sanitary and smart. The children like it very much. The bedding of Atour is very comfortable, which gave me a good sleep and recharged my physical strength to cope with the next day's trip. We arrived late, so we could order takeout and eat in the restaurant on the second floor. It was delicious with late-night porridge. 1. I booked a family room at first, but when I got there, I was told that one bed was 1.5 and the other was 1.3. The bed was too small and could not accommodate three people. 2. Then the front desk told me to upgrade to a suite for an additional 88 yuan. In this way, the 1.5 bed could be turned into a 1.8 bed, so I chose to upgrade. 3. After checking in, I found that the room was actually a king-size bed room, and a folding bed with wheels was added. The hotel staff did not inform me in advance that this bed was a folding bed with wheels that was added later! I came out to have fun, and because it was too late, I did not look for the front desk for this matter. 4. When I slept at night, the bed collapsed twice, that is, the folding bed with wheels! ! But because I was sleeping at night, I did not complain, and the child chose to continue to live in the collapsed bed (if it was a child or an elderly person, the consequences would be serious if they fell to the ground!) 5. When I went to the restaurant to have breakfast in the morning, the staff told me that breakfast was not included and I could not have breakfast. But I clearly booked a double breakfast! I can't stand it anymore! 6. This Atour Hotel is the worst Atour Hotel I have stayed in in recent years. My family went on a trip to Changsha, and the hotel ruined our good mood on the first night! The above problems really made me unbearable, and the quality of this bed has great safety hazards. (The worst experience in many years of staying in hotels)

The room was quite good, but the soundproofing was not very good. The room on the road side was a bit noisy at night. The location was very good. Fengyingxili downstairs was very nice to visit. I went there for two consecutive days. It was also within walking distance to Guojin and Pedestrian Street.
