It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Changsha, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly!

It was an outstanding experience. The modern and elegant design of the hotel, combined with its prime location, made my stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and offered fantastic views of the city. The amenities, including the fitness center and lounge, were top-notch and added to the overall comfort. A special mention goes to Tiffany, one of the staff members, who was exceptionally helpful. The overall quality is very good. However, there is a construction site nearby and keep working till mid-night and some noise (not serious) generated.

The room is big and clean. There is coffee machine and induction cooker.

The hotel accomodated my early check-in and late check-out request, even upgraded my room to a bigger one! Room was extremely clean and well maintained. Hotel staff was very professional and courteous. Highly recommend Ascott if you travel to Changsha!

The building is new and near the river. We had the apartment which had a nice sized refrigerator and washing/dryer machine. All amenities were new, clean, and useful. The walls are thin and we could hear the neighbor above us and in the hallway, and a lot of light seeped through the door at night. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection and staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was my first time to stay in a hotel's deluxe executive room. The room was large, clean and spacious. It was better than expected and I was very satisfied. The bed in the room is also very comfortable. The only drawback is that the hot water for bathing takes a long time to be output.

This time I booked a three-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and separate bathroom. The room is large and comfortable, perfect for two to three families to get together. The only drawback is that there are not many choices for breakfast.

This time I came to Changsha and chose to stay at Ascott Apartments. The experience was great and I must share it with you! First of all, I have to praise the service at the front desk. The front desk staff Li Yalan was warm and thoughtful. There was welcome tea in the lobby. She also actively provided us with various help, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful night view of Changsha. It was really considerate! Let’s talk about the room facilities. They are really complete. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are also very good. Most importantly, the room is equipped with complete kitchen equipment, such as washing machines, induction cookers, ovens, dishwashers, coffee machines, etc., and even multiple sets of tableware are prepared, which fully meets our needs for cooking. This time I stayed with friends. We bought ingredients from a nearby supermarket and cooked together in the room. We enjoyed a warm and comfortable homemade meal, just like being at home. This feeling is really great. The apartment is also very conveniently located in the bustling CBD center. There are shopping malls and subway stations downstairs. There are all kinds of specialties, snacks, and supermarkets around. It is also close to Yuelu Academy, Orange Island and other attractions, making it very convenient for travel.

I like that the room has all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans, capsule coffee machine, washing machine (with dryer), which is perfect for business people like me who are on a business trip for a few days.
