Great location. Close to every thing. Good environment and services. Free laundry is provided. I can see IFS building from the room. Hotel services team inquired the feedback. It will be great if the elevator service is not waiting for long.

I really have mix option about this hotel so please read it all. The location of this hotel is supposed to be it's strength, but with my window close tight I was force to listen to Karaoke all night long. The music coming from the street down or maybe coming from the river-walk literally went on all night long until 6am in the morning. I couldn't get any good sleep. you do get the river-view and you do get the convenience of the location being close by the city-walk. But you wouldn't expect the noisy level all night for a 5 star hotel. The price is good, probably the lowest in town for a 5 star with a great location. room and bathroom was large size and overall clean. unreasonable crowded lobby with appears to me non hotel guests. also elevator was slow and dumb which the hotel already knew and there were notes in room that addresses the issue. But the most unreasonable problem I had was with the self-served laundry facility. The hotel had 3 sets of washer/dryer. I was able to secure 1 washer and washed my clothes. After my clothes were washed all the dryer was occupied and in-use. So I took my WET clothes back to my room and waited out the timer that was on the 3 dryers and set my alarm so I can come back use the dryer when time is up. My alarm goes off and I was back in the laundry room and the 3 dryer machine had their timers adjusted and drying time was being extended. 1 dryer was occupied by 1 guest and other TWO dryers in use by the 1 same user (there were notes on the machines that indicates which room guest are using each machine). So I set my alarm again and went back to my room with my wet clothes trying to wait it out. Time is up and I went to check on the dryers, while approaching the laundry room I saw a staff coming out from it. And when I went into the laundry room the dryer's timer have been extended and occupied by the same people. I was frustrated and angry, so I went to the hotel front lobby to report the issue hoping to get a solution. the front lobby acknowledge that it was their staff that is helping the other room guest extending the timers and taking care their laundry. WELL its self-sever laundry so the staff shouldn't have done that and if they wanted to provide service and change the usage rules then they should give an opportunity for other guests to use the machines too. ESPECIALLY one of the guest is using TWO machines at the same time. Shouldn't the staff stop one machine and let me/others guest use it and when we are done that guest can hog up two machines again. But, no, front lobby attendant insist that guest can use two machines until their clothes are dry/done. WHAT?! so I ask, if a guest hogs up 3 machines at the same time and use it for 10 hours straight other guest should just wait or not be able to use the laundry? Her solution for me was to leave my clothes in the laundry and when the other guest clothes are dry and the staff will help to put my clothes in the dryer for me. WHAT, NO. first hygiene issue I don't want anyone else to touch my washed clothes. second, what if my clothes were missing, like a sock or something. by then, an apology don't turn things back and it's called a self-served laundry for a reason. It was like 3am, in the end I didnt get to dry my clothes. I had to pack up my simi wet clothes the next day to check out with lack of sleep. I brought to the manager's attention about the ordeal I went through during check out and she apologized for what I went through the night. She authorized a partial credit refund for my stay, so please keep in mind I gave 2/5 for service because she brought it back. otherwise, the service would have been 0 or 1 star. Hotel is in great location. Has wonderful amenities, helpful staff, good food and beautifully designed rooms. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Changsha in the future.

Location is wallking distant to shopping street & light rail transit. Night time the street building is lighted up with colorful light.

非常满意,物有所值。very very good room。 早餐很好。有好咖啡。very good breakfast n good coffee.waitress are polite. Receptionist are helpful and friendly. CHK in n out takes only a minute.

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

A lot of people were smoking in the lobby. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel ( it's rate 5) , the surroundings were very standard and busy. The room was lovely , the mattresses were comfortable and it was quiet in the room. Thankfully no smoke smell. The lifts were very busy , at peak times it took a while to get it. Breakfast was nice .

The hotel is strategically located near the pedonal zone, the line 2 of the subway, which connects all the main points of interest and the railway stations. The reception’s staff is very nice and helping. The building is a little bit old and would benefit from a renovation. The room is a little bit old style but clean and comfortable. In our room there was no mirror and the bathroom zone was really small. On the plus side, breakfast was great.

Generally a great hotel with friendly and helpful reception, even when they are busy. Customer service is important to them, and they make sure you are taken care of. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel's English name is a little confusing (esp if using didi) but I gathered it is Exotic Impressions Hotel, Changsha IFS. Small improvement ideas - there are 4 lifts servicing over 30 odd floors, which could result in busy waiting period. To consider lifts servicing specific floors. Many food delivery riders also use to deliver. Suggesting for guests to just collect, which will improve security for hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5min walk to the subway. 平安老街is right behind the hotel where you can get food round the clock. Good eateries like 費大廚，笨蘿蔔，are all within walking distance from the hotel. The room is huge with curtains. Hot water with good pressure. The room is nicely insulated from the busy roads.

clean and convenient

Stayed here for 3 nights. It left a bad impression on me due to the following reasons: 1. The front of the hotel building is underwhelming. 2. Lobby and lift is not clean and well-maintained as a 4-star hotel at this pricing. 3. The room is reasonably clean but lacks functionality. The aircon is centralised, unable to change the temperature to what we prefer. It’s overly cold/hot at certain times. There is no fridge and the shower head is dirty. The table is not clean with water/oil stains. 4. Lack of manpower & lifts. The front desk is overwhelmed with only 1 staff even when the hotel is fully booked out. The lifts are over utilised, coupled with delivery services. Avoid if you are looking for a clean and relaxing place to stay. The only good thing is the location.

Nice view with faster service

We had a great time in this hotel .The location is great the food here is also delicious. The staff are very helpful and kind .my favourite of all the greatest kind staff “Y” she’s was kind to us always checking if we need everything . The views from our hotel was very beautiful. Coming aging soon …👌🏾 👍
