During your stay, you called to report that there were cockroaches in the room, and we promptly arranged for staff to check and verify. Later, it was found that your window was not closed, causing flying insects to enter the room all the time, causing you unnecessary trouble and misunderstanding. As can be seen from the picture, it can be clearly seen that it is a small flying insect, not a common cockroach in life. At noon the next day, you came to the front desk in person to renew your stay. The front desk staff first patiently explained to you that you need to place an order for the same room type before you can renew your stay.
