The room was very good, but the toilet seat was stained. I wiped it myself. Ctrip checked in early, but there was nothing I could do about it before the room was vacated. I had to swipe a card to enter the toilet downstairs. I couldn't use it until I checked in. I called again after three o'clock to ask when I would check in. 來芒果台看節目的，離七彩盒子芒果總部很近，打車大概五分鐘。給前台小姐姐點贊🥰很貼心根據個人喜好安排了房間，不僅免費幫忙升級了房型，還準備了小禮物暖寶寶暖手寶。房間也很不錯，空間挺大，各種配備都齊全，窗外可以看到芒果巨大的摩天輪。早上7點到10點還有自助早餐，可以吃飽再去看節目，非常推薦👍

訂了高級大床房，見到比多少少組合優惠價有早餐、有下午茶。房間可以、景可以。但去到才知沒有下午茶的，用水果代替。早餐也非常難食，是我食過多間酒店最差的一間。早知道一定不會訂組合優惠價那些，可以節省些。

酒店設施還蠻齊全的，還有機器人送外賣，小孩子還挺喜歡的比較稀奇！酒店還有洗衣房還有烘乾機，還有健身房，太方便了[哇]酒店的環境很好整個酒店都很大氣，酒店一樓有很多休息的地方，講到這就不得不誇誇前台的服務啦😄我們才坐下來，小姐姐就給我們到了茶水太貼心啦房間的衞生也很乾凈，而且還跟我們做了遊玩攻略太細心了，樓層高觀景好！而且位置很方便就在海底世界對面，下次還帶小孩來這邊！
