Service is excellent! We're foreigners and can't speak the language and the staff are really helpful in assisting us in all our needs, even adding us in wechat so we can reach out to them anytime. Location is superb as it is near the main tourist spots (Community Hall and library). Facilities are great as well with different activities for kids. 💜

I was there just one night on a business trip. I interacted with around 5 staff, everybody spoke zero English. I didn't expect anybody to speak fluent English. But just for simple communications or word-by-word responses - that would be ok enough. Like, I can't ask what floor I am on. (as the room number won't indicate where you are), what time does the breakfast start, and where is the breakfast? The internet can also only connect with the Chinese cellphone number and NO OTHER NATIONALITIES CELL PHONE can be used. It is ridiculous, as it is a well-known (super) expensive international brand. By having non-speaking English staff who can only use Chinese cell phones to register for the internet - it is clear that this property doesn't welcome foreigners at all. So if you don't speak Chinese and don't have a Chinese cell number - you better don't stay there - period.

very satisfied, this is the first time my wife couldn't find anything to complain in a hotel, so that is mean that this hotel is really good!

We booked 2 rooms, staff planned and gave us adjacent rooms with interconnecting door - very convenient. Entertainments staff are fantastic, many changed since last stay in 2020 but corporate training clearly ensures a consistent service. Location of this hotel is perfect, right on the beach, no need to cross and roads. Excellent spa pools and swimming pool, not excessively busy even though it was a major holiday period.

The hotel is worth its price tag with nice room , great views. However, the activities are very limited and are mostly for kids below 10. No activities for teens and adults like other club med locations.

Great location, directly at the beach. Good breakfast. Kids had a lot of fun in the hot spring and with the evening animation team.

It's a good place for family trip. It has a wonderful view and their G.O who play with kids were kind and nice.

As soon as you enter the hotel lobby, you can see the sea. The bright lobby makes people feel very comfortable! Every room in the hotel has a balcony overlooking the sea. Standing on the balcony, you can see the auditorium, and lying on the bed, you can see the sunrise. It's great! The room is not very large, and the two beds are very close. The hotel is open for a long time and the facilities are relatively old. Fortunately, the linens are relatively clean and the beds are relatively comfortable to sleep on. The entrance of the hotel is the park tour site, next to a bakery and a hamburger shop, and opposite is the cafeteria. It is only a few minutes' walk to the Internet celebrity auditorium and the lonely library, which is very convenient. The hotel provides free snacks and drinks every day, and fruits are also given upon check-in. Hotel customer service: Three and a half years old, very enthusiastic 👍! It is definitely the first choice hotel for visiting Anaya!

It was my first time in Aranya, and everything was unfamiliar to me. Fortunately, I chose Suka. Every service staff of the hotel was very patient and dedicated, which made this unfamiliar trip feel at ease. Suka's location should be considered the most central location in Aranya, close to the sea, and it is very convenient to travel south and west. The hotel's shuttle bus was also available on call, which saved us from the severe cold when facing sudden bad weather. I would like to especially thank the hotel customer service Ruoyi, who provided a lot of help through WeChat, making our trip more comfortable and happy! Looking forward to coming again next time!
