the room is big and clean，view from the room is also nice staffs are friendly and helpful buffet style breakfast with variety of foods and the taste is good overall is good the only thing is the room is poor lighting even though all the lights are turn on

Extended the stay. Whilst the hotel facilities are old, the location is acceptable. Not far from metro station, & near to Gui Lin Lu eateries.

Excellent services. The hotel is very clean and the front desk was very helpful. We also liked the breakfast served in the hotel!

There are couple of things that I love about this hotel and some things that they can be improve. 1. Hotel is nice, bed is comfy as expected 2 . Very near to the mall, where there are tons of delicious food/ restaurants there 3. There is subway just beside the hotel which is very convenient if you choose to take subway 4. Breakfast is varies from Chinese to western which is great. I usually have omelette, toasted bread, coffee and juices. We had issue with the air purifier, and asked for someone to fix it then seems it couldn’t be fixed, then they keep coming back coz after 5 mins of use it’s broken again. We asked to change to another one, at first they keep saying that no way that it’s broken, but it is broken. Finally they changed, but they wasted our time, we wanted to sleep early instead having them in the room with us. This kind service should be improved. They should just take it away and fixed it somewhere else and not to disturb guests.

It was a very good experience. There is a light rail just outside the door, and it is very close to Jilin University. The soap in the room has a strong decontamination ability, and it can clean a little oil stain from eating. I asked for a band-aid when my shoes rubbed my feet. Mengdie at the front desk was very considerate and asked if I was injured. I will choose this hotel in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at the Yatai Hotel, the staff were amazing; extremely friendly, helpful and the service throughout our stay was of a high professional standard. We were close to great restaurants and tourist sights, we could walk to almost everywhere, and centrally located only a short 5-10min taxi ride to the Changchun Railway Station. The rooms were very clean, modern and convenient. This was my second stay at Yatai Hotel. And it won’t be my last!

I arrived at the hotel at 12 noon. Although it was not the check-in time, the front desk lady was very nice and checked me in and upgraded the room. Thank you very much! The hotel restaurant is very convenient. You can scan the code to place an order and it will be delivered directly to the room. The price is affordable and the portion is large. I am very satisfied with the overall service and will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

Sanitary conditions: Check in on the first night, My friends and I used nearly twenty alcohol wipes Wipe bedside table, sink, water bar After wiping, the wet wipes are dark gray and gray. The bottom of the hand sanitizer on the sink is full of foam when I wipe it. Facilities: -The room only has central air conditioning, which cannot be adjusted, and only heating in winter The heating in the room is really sufficient and it's so dry that I can't sleep There is no humidifier in the room, you need to bring your own -There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I never expected -The indoor ventilation fan is located above the door and is the ventilation fan of the air conditioner. Indoor exhaust gas is constantly circulating, returning odor, and the ventilation fan is extremely noisy Seriously affects my rest -The application water provided by the hotel is actually Ipoh A hotel that costs nearly 800 RMB a night, The drinking water and water bar drinks provided are so average Not as good as ordinary hotel supply -The pillows only have down pillows, which are not supportive at all. Waking up with sore neck and shoulders Hotel services: As a five-star hotel, the service management is really disappointing Call the service hotline directly from the room and the reception attitude is really unsatisfactory. I was disappointed because the drinking water provided in the room was so disappointing. I called to ask if there was any other water. The operator said that this is the only brand. Say in an uncomfortable tone ”Then what water do you want?” Politeness is the most basic quality for hotel employees Later I told the hotel manager what happened. The manager first apologized to the operator and helped me change my drinking water. I originally wanted to have a better experience during my two-day trip to Changchun before booking this hotel, but I was extremely disappointed. Hotel benefits: convenient location, Next door is the Youshan Shopping Mall, diagonally opposite is Wanda Right at the door is tram No. 54 and cultural and tourism trains. Opposite is the old Changying

Had yet another fab experience at this great hotel! As always, this hotel offers a great escape from the city; with fab gardens, excellent food, and an endless array of activities to keep everyone happy. Beautifully appointed rooms with enormous beds and marbled bathrooms and lush toiletries. The staff here are so courteous and helpful-impeccable service. Throughout the entire facility you are greeted and guided around. A special mention goes to young Fairy for all her efforts; from check in through to check out. Our every wish was accommodated, even when I requested for a birthday cake (to surprise my friend) Fairy organised it and it was freshly prepared and delivered to the lounge, accompanied with fresh fruit! Wow! Thank you Fairy for all your hard work! This is my All time favourite now. Thank you all for looking after us so well!
