Having stayed in so many hotels, I was pleasantly surprised by the details in this one. There is a dedicated charging area in the room with a full range of interfaces, so you no longer have to worry about not finding an adapter plug. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the bath products are from Petrov. The B/O front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in and check-out were fast. Highly recommended!

The room was very satisfactory. The service attitude of the receptionist Zhao Xin was very good. Because I didn't receive the call in time, she also sent a message to inform me that the room had been reserved. The next morning, I wanted to have breakfast in the room. Aunt Jia Zhenhong, the receptionist at the restaurant, also brought me special dishes from Northeast China. I tasted the local food. It was a very pleasant travel experience.

The hotel staff is nice. They were helpful and upgraded my room. Rooms are very clean. Probably the best hotel around Culture Square. Some negative aspects though: - The check-in took more than 20 minutes. - On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration. - The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.) - The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.
