Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Changchun

The room was very satisfactory. The service attitude of the receptionist Zhao Xin was very good. Because I didn't receive the call in time, she also sent a message to inform me that the room had been reserved. The next morning, I wanted to have breakfast in the room. Aunt Jia Zhenhong, the receptionist at the restaurant, also brought me special dishes from Northeast China. I tasted the local food. It was a very pleasant travel experience.

The room is clean and hygienic, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the room type was upgraded when it was not peak season. The welcome fruit was very considerate. It is very convenient to be next to the Middle East Market. The service is also excellent. I would like to praise Sister Tong Wenhui. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun~

I stayed at the Hangzhou location twice this year and was blown away by the cleanliness and superior service there. So, as soon as I saw the name pop up while looking for a hotel in Changchun, I had to choose it. Notes: When we arrived, we were politely greeted by the front desk staff and we were able to check-in early hassle-free. The room was clean, odorless, and there was even a window that we could easily open and close ( I’ve seen many other hotels with fake windows, haha). Breakfast was delicious!! There were many options (western and local). We definitely got a belly-full. We also stayed in the restaurant for hours just eating, talking and re-filling our plates. Really nice. We spent 2 nights and had to checkout at 5am on the last day. We were given takeaway breakfast boxes comprising croissants yogurt and fruit. Really convenient since we missed the tasty breakfast. There is a really nice restaurant close to the hotel called Yan Niu. They served local dishes along with some Korean dishes. Delicious!! The town area was about 10 minutes by didi. There were many stores, restaurants and parks in that area. All in all, it was a comfortable stay at the hotel. This was my third Hampton by Hilton stay this year. I hope that they will maintain this level of consistency.

Compared with many nearby hotels, the surrounding facilities are complete, the network signal is strong, the hot water supply is also fast, and there are robots delivering goods. The Eurasia mall is near the hotel. There are parking lots above and below the ground. It is very convenient to drive by yourself. The breakfast is very rich with Northeastern characteristics. It combines Chinese and Western food. Every time I check in, I need a buckwheat pillow to sleep comfortably. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is also very fast. They will ask about the basic situation and arrange the check-in. They are polite and efficient. ZDX
