Room was on the 10th floor. Had nice views of the pool and great sunsets. Room was clean and quiet. Mattress was just right and we slept well. I will stay here again in the near future. Aroma has delicious breakfast items that you can take on-the-go.

The hotel is nicely decorated with really comfortable beds. There’s a nice bar and small restaurant on the ground floor as well as the M club for medallion members. The M club wasn’t well stocked when we visited so we stopped by the restaurant. When I told our server, Kane, I was a bit under the weather, she offered the best herbal tea. Kane was so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond. She even made sure the next shift had the recipe so I could enjoy it in the morning. Great stay.

The staff was very nice all the way down to the housekeeping... The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated... The only thing that I think they could improve on is trash cans, a plunger, a coffee maker, cups and a couple of small pots 1 pan with lid and dishes in the rooms they can even be disposable dishes and eating utensils... Other then that the stay was excellent... Would most definitely stay again and tell anyone I know that is looking for a nice place to stay to stay here... Daughter was upset we had to go...lol

Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

The location of this resort is very quiet and peaceful, yet also close enough to the airport or the city as to make it a very convenient place to stay if you have to catch a plane. The atmosphere at the hotel isn't ”cookie cutter” hotel, but rather has its own look that doesn't look like any other Sheraton I have stayed at before. Furnishings are well maintained, everything in the room was in working order, staff was pleasant, and public areas appeared clean. Pool did need a bit of cleaning, just due to excess debris in the pool. Water was clear though, so no problems with algae or cloudiness in pool. The meal we ate from the pool bar was tasty, though prices were a bit high (but definitely in keeping with average prices at higher end hotel properties). We chose this hotel over others in the area due to description of it being more influenced by the Native American tribes in the area, and we are very happy we did choose this. The cultural aspects, the decor, and the plentiful displays available to admire while on property greatly added to our appreciation of the area we were visiting. We had hoped to explore more of the paths around the resort, and take a ride out on the horses, but the heat kept us at the pool (not a bad place to be!) so I can't speak to how any of the walking paths nor horse rides would have been, but what we did see would have me guess that all of the surrounding property would be very nice to explore in cooler weather. Overall, a very nice stay was had by us, and we hope to return again at some point.
