The front desk there has very good hospitality with warm greeting and smile. As well provide you and suggest you options and do not push you. Thumbs up for their front desk. we do not request for house keeping, and eventually they call and approach us to check if we need any amenities, which surprise us with their good service. The hotel has a layer of securities where they will check the car/taxi entering their premises, which make me feel safe. If you wish to buy some groceries , there are some mart out there which is walking distance, but pls do expect the road is not so proper to walk at the roadside as there are a lot of cars and motorcycles.. The room come with kitchen where we can do simple cooking (provided u have the groceries).. I will stay back the same hotel if I back to Jakarta again ..

Spacious! Clean! Super big balcony that we loved! Bath tubs! Allow grab orders for food! Breakfast was terrible! Better go out for food or grab in.

Located in a convenient location with a lot amenities nearby. Room is spacious and comfortable. Clean and tidy. However when I was there the hotel was going through renovations for their lobby cafe, this breakfast was at one of the function room. Breakfast selections are not that fancy but sufficient. Got a room with balcony for me.

The trip was for WOC and the location of the hotel is really close to the JCC. The facilities are all very nice but closes at 9 pm which is a bit too early for us since we didn't get a lot of chances to use the pool, sauna and others.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Jakarta. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was also spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The room is clean with all the necessary amenities provided. The staffs are well mannered and always greet the guests politely. One thing that the hotel can improve is the quality of the breakfast served. Personally, I feel like the variety is not much to choose and it is repeated for continuously two days. The foods are also not served in hot and the bread/ croissants are so hard to bite. It is also recommended to list down the ingredients for the foods, for example, two types of sausage are placed together in one container but without listed whether is it chicken or beef or etc which is so inconvenient for diners.

its all great, the hotel have good standart, parking is good, check - in no problem, the room is great and spacious, just the door is not sound proof, its kind of annoying to hear other people talk in front of your door. but overall its really great place and great hotel. definitely reccomended for the price

Spacious room but unable to request for extra bed. Quite contradicting with the details provided in the apps. Breakfast is so-so. Refilling of breakfast menu was a bit slow. Brealfast area can be more fulfilling with a bit of decoration and look a little more pleasant. Hotel location is good. A lot of amenities nearby. Good food all around.

Location is terrible. Sounds from a nearby place of worship can continue well into the night until midnight. Location is hard to access with frequent traffic jams and also taxis are hard to get. Service is also bad with the staff not eager to help with issues such as getting transportation.
