Property needs better maintenance, Room no 308 has AC but it is missing a window glass, Dry summer heat, heating up the room, as the glass is missingb AC cooling has no effect, Very dirty sheets with stains, you may catch some skin allergy if you come in contact with those filthy flattened Quilt, literally yellow with stains within covers. Dusty rooms with sofa which have not been vacuumed for ever. If the management or owner gets serious and supervises a little bit on little repairs and aesthetics part, customers can have better experience, Hotel Serves both veg amd non veg food. Positives. Reached @ 6:30 am, staff were very kind and understood my checkout was next day at 5:45 and allowed me early check in immediately, i really appericiate this understanding by one of the morning staff, but the next shift guy was a bit cranky saying why was i given an early checkin. The front desk staff is absolutely the highlight of this hotel. Overall the location is in a fairly dirty and overwhelming part of Delhi but close to a lot of convenient attractions and metro station. I wouldn’t come here if you are with your family but as a group of 25 year old male travelers it was great.

Stayed with my family for a night and had 3 rooms and the room space is excellent and so is the hotel which is quite new. The restaurant is also in the hotel. The service in the restaurant needs to improve a little. Rest this is really a good place to stay. Parking for travel tempo are not available in the hotel but it can be parked outside.

5/5 stars i stayed at hotel royal rosette in september 2024 and had an excellent experience. Despite the chaotic and dirty surroundings outside, the hotel itself was a tranquil oasis. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was also delicious and exceeded my expectations. While the location may not be ideal due to the surrounding area, the hotel's interior and services more than made up for it. I would definitely recommend hotel royal rosette to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The environment is very clean and the service is very good. The service staff always smiles and tries their best to fulfill the guests' requests. The facilities here are also very complete, including the ability to exchange money, and the meals are very delicious. It is very comfortable to live here!

The sound insulation is very bad, the room has no privacy, the toilet lid is crooked, the shower is very cold, because there is no door, the bed and the bathroom are only one meter, the bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, which means sleeping next to the bathroom, 555. This hotel has two buildings. We eat in the old building and live in the new building. They are 300 meters apart. The front desk of the new building is often empty, and no one answers the phone when I call. There's really nothing to eat for breakfast. I could only eat three omelettes. The coffee tastes terrible too. This price is not cost-effective at all. The pictures are beautiful, I won’t go to this place again. In comparison, I think Hotel City Star is extremely cost-effective. We stayed there the day before. The room was clean and tidy. It was like a home in China. The breakfast was rich, with both meat and vegetables. The creamy mushroom macaroni was super delicious and the coffee was fragrant. No wonder that hotel is full of foreigners. The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. .
