The environment is very clean and the service is very good. The service staff always smiles and tries their best to fulfill the guests' requests. The facilities here are also very complete, including the ability to exchange money, and the meals are very delicious. It is very comfortable to live here!

SSarah and EricWe had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro. Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out. Overall a good stay. We would return.

GGuest UserThe sound insulation is very bad, the room has no privacy, the toilet lid is crooked, the shower is very cold, because there is no door, the bed and the bathroom are only one meter, the bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, which means sleeping next to the bathroom, 555. This hotel has two buildings. We eat in the old building and live in the new building. They are 300 meters apart. The front desk of the new building is often empty, and no one answers the phone when I call. There's really nothing to eat for breakfast. I could only eat three omelettes. The coffee tastes terrible too. This price is not cost-effective at all. The pictures are beautiful, I won’t go to this place again. In comparison, I think Hotel City Star is extremely cost-effective. We stayed there the day before. The room was clean and tidy. It was like a home in China. The breakfast was rich, with both meat and vegetables. The creamy mushroom macaroni was super delicious and the coffee was fragrant. No wonder that hotel is full of foreigners. The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. .

GGuest UserWe booked Grand park inn for work related stay at Karol Bagh, New Delhi for a period of 3days. The staff were very polite and accomodating. The rooms were well illuminated but cleanliness can be improved. Bathrooms were clean with hot water without any smells. The wifi is free and fast. You can order food from the room itself and laundry service is available too. The staff allowed early check-in and late check-out without any extra pay.
