I stayed for a night here at the end of a recent G Adventure. I have plenty of good things to say. It has a good location in Karol Bagh with a couple of nice bars directly outside. The room was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. The staff were friendly and efficient. So why only 3 stars? Because it was like a building site inside. To be fair, the renovations are only in the attempt to improve the place. But when I left my room I was stepping over builders materials and equipment, hardly relaxing after days and days on the road travelling India. That said, I'd happily stay here again if I'm back in Delhi as I'm sure it'll be in good shape by then.

Good value. Just 40m to the non-tourist market and an excellent food stall. Okay breakfast with toast, French toast and spreads, bananas, and of course Indian options. You can change money at the desk for a good rate and the staff are friendly and helpful. I needed something printed out, and I was kindly escorted to a little shop that assisted me. Comfortable bed, good walk-in shower with hot water from early till 11am. Minibar and fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, beer can be ordered. Fair prices. I felt very safe here. Oh, and they have a very cute lift if u dont like stairs.

We stayed for five nightsd during the Durga Puja and Dussehra break. This property has been our go to property whenever we visit Delhi. The lobby manager Mr. Jha was very hospitable and welcoming and so were the rest of the staff in housekeeping, room service, restaurant and security. We hope to visit again next year. Location is good. It's in middle of karol bagh market. Food is also good. Service is average. But the issue is with room service. Interior of the room is average. Wallpapers are toned, some of the switch boards are broken, sockets plugs are missing, boilers are not working and even sometimes landline phone doesn't work.

First of all thanks to staff members they all deal with us very politely and also in a good behavior. They are all good. My colleagues are also very happy. And bed room service is too much good. A class ac room and well neat and clean every facilities is provided by staff. After all food facilities and food quality is very good it was very delicious and fresh food. I didn’t know what to expect out of hotels in Paharganj - we have got all sorts of them. I landed in this hotel through MakeMyTrip, and I was happily surprised. I booked two executive rooms for my family as we had a transit via NDLS. The location is excellent! Two minutes walk to the New Delhi railway station, and from there, we have an Airport line to easily connect to the terminals in less than 20 minutes of train ride. The hotel rooms are clean, the bathroom is shiny, the sheets are clean, and the AC is good. The room service staff was also prompt, and we didn't have any problems at all. It is a good value for money and highly recommended to those looking for a budget hotel in a location concerning the NDLS.

CConnector598246Dear Travellers, I am taking time to write a review for this hotel because of our terrible experience. our stay was in July 23 2019. We were a party of 14, large group booked five rooms and when we arrived at the hotel, there was a pungent smell in the rooms, one of the room given had water on the floor, not sure what it was. The sheets were not changed and it had even foot prints on it from a traveller putting his foot on the sheet. I have a bunch of photos for your review. This place is filthy and dirty. ***ager is stubborn guy, and staff helpless. one of the things i was told was, is this how you write names? i was taken back by that comment. First thing you arrive at a hotel and this is what you hear. I was told to write all fourteen traveler's names in a box size 2”x4”, so i wrote all first names separated by a comma. That apart, Hotel seems to be built well, however maintenance is utterly lacking. I have contemplated losing all the money i paid and move to another hotel on the same street that seemed to be really nice, i did not check the rooms though in the other hotel. then again i have already paid 10K and it was for a night's sleep, and next morning we checked as soon as we can. It was a five day trip in total and last day's night in this hotel, ruined the trip totally. Lessons learned: Do not trust travel website. Goibobo had 4/5 ratings, which i generally consider good. while google has 3.2 Do not ever book hotels near railway stations. Locality is not good and cleanliness will clear lack.
