Hotel Bb palace has good locations and excellent staff as well as service

The hotel is very close to the Karol Bagh Market. The room is very clean and the staff is helpful. I would recommend this place.

The sound insulation is very bad, the room has no privacy, the toilet lid is crooked, the shower is very cold, because there is no door, the bed and the bathroom are only one meter, the bathroom door cannot be locked from the outside, which means sleeping next to the bathroom, 555. This hotel has two buildings. We eat in the old building and live in the new building. They are 300 meters apart. The front desk of the new building is often empty, and no one answers the phone when I call. There's really nothing to eat for breakfast. I could only eat three omelettes. The coffee tastes terrible too. This price is not cost-effective at all. The pictures are beautiful, I won’t go to this place again. In comparison, I think Hotel City Star is extremely cost-effective. We stayed there the day before. The room was clean and tidy. It was like a home in China. The breakfast was rich, with both meat and vegetables. The creamy mushroom macaroni was super delicious and the coffee was fragrant. No wonder that hotel is full of foreigners. The room rate is cheap, only more than 300. .

We arrived at middle of night, the staff was so welcoming. They gave us a family suite but we booked a delux suite. They told us that they will change us tomorrow afternoon. So We went to the room and lie down after shower we saw some bugs running around the bed and on the ground. These bugs come from perished food and bad flesh. So we asked them to change our room and again they put us in a family suite and this time the wifi was so bad and the range had only 1 bar showing. And again we asked them to give the delux room and they changed us. The food is good and the location is not so bad, but i wouldn't be coming here again.

We had a great stay at the Zostel. From the moment of arrival, staff were kind and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Ours was quite spacious. It’s in a great location near the New Delhi railway station, which is easily accessible to the airport and most attractions by metro. Heads up: all power goes out in the room when you leave for the day, including the fridge in your room! We didn’t know and lost some food. 😕 Charge everything overnight and just plan to eat out. Overall a good stay. We would return.

Service form the hotel was excellent. Ac was go trip on the early morning around 2am. As soon as the complaint was registered on the reception, service boy came and tried to start. He found it was tripped on overload he gave another room to sleep. Secondly the area was very congested and the parking was paid. When we rise the concern about adding the parking amount in the booking so that the discomfort of paying for parking by the guest can be avoided. The hotel manager consulted the management they returned the parking fee for me.

We stayed at hotel palm dour multiple times. Everyone at hotel from security to top management is extremely helpful and kind. They know what a best customer service should be like
