Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The inside of the hotel is in need of an update as some parts are quite shabby. We booked a junior suite with sea view and whilst the view is very good the room was just a larger room (quite dated even though it was in the modern extension) with a sofa bed and right above the very noisy Racket Bar. I'm also not sure the plastic flower petals on the bed are appropriate given the current pandemic situation. The creaking and badly fitted doors on the wardrobes need to be sorted as well. There's lots of glass on the outside of the modern extension where we stayed but it's filthy dirty and someone should be cleaning this at least every week. There's a €15 per day charge for parking in the basement which only has access to the hotel via stairs and not a lift. No matter what I tried to do I couldn't get the shower head to stay in a single position. They should consider installing rain showers like most hotels have now. They ran out of fruit on one of the days for breakfast and there were no coffee cups or milk to be found on the other day. I will however say that the staff on reception though are very nice.

The best old waiter who played on piano. Kind to the kids. Comfort, services and atmosphere worth to come back and recommend to the friends and everybody. Had no time to try sauna and massage but would do these next time. Would highly recommend!!!

Our overall experience staying at the Kursaal was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room /bathroom was well maintained daily. A slight negative was that the room itself was smaller than we expected given the rather grand exterior of the hotel. The shower was also somewhat cramped. Breakfast selection in the restaurant was good and was included in the entirely reasonable room rate for a pre-season (late May) stay. Hotel location was excellent both for beach and shopping access, overlooking the town's main square and central beach.

The food was amazing! And the restaurant workers were so helpful. They will make you eggs to order and fresh American coffee every morning! They also clean your room and provide fresh towels every single day. The view of the Adriatic Sea is in my mind forever. I absolutely loved it.

Property is Stunning, Staff is Superior and the Kitchen is Outstanding! This was the second time I have taken my cycling trip to Cattolica and I would not use any other hotel before the Kursaal, I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cattolica.

The Kursaal really lived up to its historical name as a grand hotel. Loved that it was located right on the beach and the town of Catolica. The Racket Bar attached to the hotel was a great place to pick up a light snack or lunch .The room had all the amenities, and the staff at Reception were very helpful. Even the breakfasts were excellent. I'd highly recommend this Hotel.

Purtroppo per un problema tecnico non abbiamo potuto dormire in stanZa dell'hotel, ma per scusarsi del disagio lo staff si è preoccupato di farci trovare un'altra ubicazione e offrirci vari servizi ..posso dire che tutto il personale è accogliente, professionale ed estremamente gentile come solo i romagnoli sanno essere

C’est un hôtel qu’on a déjà visité au passé et c’était magnifique la raison pour laquelle on a planifie un séjour encore ici en Italie. L’hôtel est propre, chambres bien maintenues ambiance magnifique. On a aimé la piscine le personnel des chambres sont tres aimants et souriants. On recommande vivement 👌

Hotel 4 stelle solo per la posizione centrale e sulla spiaggia. Accoglienza pessima, la receptionist molto sgarbata e poco professionale. Il cliente è sempre al primo posto ma qui no, non un sorriso, nessuna indicazione sui servizi dell'hotel, nemmeno gli orari dei pasti ci sono stati detti... Noi avevamo pensione completa: la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata, il pranzo a buffet e non era indicato al momento della prenotazione (cosa che avrei gradito visto che viaggiavo con i miei genitori che preferiscono il servizio al tavolo e avremmo almeno potuto valutare se prenotare o meno qui), la cena assolutamente da rivedere! Passiamo alle camere, nessuna delle 3 stanze assegnateci sono state all'altezza di un 4 stelle! dimensioni piccole rispetto allo standard, bagni ristrutturati a pezzi, pavimento vecchio, il parquet si alzava... la pulizia lasciamo perdere... E' veramente un peccato perchè un edificio storico così bello esternamente non rispecchia poi l'interno che sarebbe tutto da rifare a mio avviso. Il prezzo è alto per la qualità offerta. Non lo consiglio ci sono strutture migliori a Cattolica.

Ormai sono cinque che ci ritorno e mi trovo benissimo. Il personale sempre disponibile .un particolare ringraziamento va al cuoco Andrea per i suoi buffet e per la sua disponibilità ad accontentare la clientela. Ed anche al Maitre Miguel per la sua gentilezza. Cristina Della Ratta

Execellent acceuil personel adorable parle le francais hotel au bord de la plage chambre petite avec un balcon sanitaire propre,le parking est difficiled’accés cependant pratique merci beaucoup

Per fortuna è stata una sola notte! L’unica cosa che fa di questo hotel un 4 stelle è la pozione e la vista… per il resto tutto scadente, dalla colazione alla pulizia ! La polvere è ovunque… mai vista una trascuratezza così… Ce no sono tanti meglio!

Siamo stati molto bene. Le camere belle e spaziose con una vista ottima. Il ristorante molto bello e cibo ottimo. Tanta varietà di cibo di ottima qualità. Il personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile.

CUCINA DA INCUBO : Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia, io mia moglie e due bimbi piccoli (2 e 4 anni) , 4 giorni con mezza pensione: - GIORNO 1 : MOSCA MORTA su piatto di spaghetti del bimbo di 2 anni (segnalato al cameriere che mi ha guardato con sguardo rassegnato) - GIORNO 2 : Niente da segnalare se non come per tutti gli altri giorni cibo davvero scadente - GIORNO 3 : Cozze andate a male, come forse anche altre cose, nottata in bagno - GIORNO 4 : trovato un ELASTICO DI GOMMA all’interno della piadina presente nel buffet, per fortuna quel trancio di piadina è finito nel mio piatto, non voglio pensare cosa sarebbe potuto accadere se fosse accaduto ad uno dei miei figli o ad altri bimbi. Non capisco come una struttura di questo livello possa lasciare la sua cucina nelle mani di un CUOCO da fast food, con tutto il rispetto per chi lavora nei fast food. Invece per quanto riguarda la struttura è tenuta bene nonostante la storicità dell’edificio, camere delle giuste dimensioni, gestite bene dalla governante.
