Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The inside of the hotel is in need of an update as some parts are quite shabby. We booked a junior suite with sea view and whilst the view is very good the room was just a larger room (quite dated even though it was in the modern extension) with a sofa bed and right above the very noisy Racket Bar. I'm also not sure the plastic flower petals on the bed are appropriate given the current pandemic situation. The creaking and badly fitted doors on the wardrobes need to be sorted as well. There's lots of glass on the outside of the modern extension where we stayed but it's filthy dirty and someone should be cleaning this at least every week. There's a €15 per day charge for parking in the basement which only has access to the hotel via stairs and not a lift. No matter what I tried to do I couldn't get the shower head to stay in a single position. They should consider installing rain showers like most hotels have now. They ran out of fruit on one of the days for breakfast and there were no coffee cups or milk to be found on the other day. I will however say that the staff on reception though are very nice.

The best old waiter who played on piano. Kind to the kids. Comfort, services and atmosphere worth to come back and recommend to the friends and everybody. Had no time to try sauna and massage but would do these next time. Would highly recommend!!!

Our overall experience staying at the Kursaal was good. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room /bathroom was well maintained daily. A slight negative was that the room itself was smaller than we expected given the rather grand exterior of the hotel. The shower was also somewhat cramped. Breakfast selection in the restaurant was good and was included in the entirely reasonable room rate for a pre-season (late May) stay. Hotel location was excellent both for beach and shopping access, overlooking the town's main square and central beach.

The food was amazing! And the restaurant workers were so helpful. They will make you eggs to order and fresh American coffee every morning! They also clean your room and provide fresh towels every single day. The view of the Adriatic Sea is in my mind forever. I absolutely loved it.

Property is Stunning, Staff is Superior and the Kitchen is Outstanding! This was the second time I have taken my cycling trip to Cattolica and I would not use any other hotel before the Kursaal, I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cattolica.

The Kursaal really lived up to its historical name as a grand hotel. Loved that it was located right on the beach and the town of Catolica. The Racket Bar attached to the hotel was a great place to pick up a light snack or lunch .The room had all the amenities, and the staff at Reception were very helpful. Even the breakfasts were excellent. I'd highly recommend this Hotel.

Siamo stati in questo bellissimo hotel per pochi giorni con una coppia di amici e la nostra bimba di un anno. Hotel posizionato fronte mare con una cucina fantastica e uno staff meraviglioso, tutti gentilissimi . Hotel molto adatto e ben organizzato per i bambini. Camere molto belle e pulite. Super consigliato ! … non vediamo l ora di ritornare a settembre !

Io non comprendo il voto 5 che alcuni danno: si dichiara un 4 stelle ma direi che è un 3 scarsissimo. Stanze vecchie, pavimenti logori, tessili lisi. A colazione le cameriere fanno fatica a guardarti in faccia, non per scortesia ma per mancanza di capacità di comunicazione. Colazione da albergo 1 stella: pane a fette secco, pochissima scelta e se chiedi qualcosa ci vuole talmente tanto tempo che arrivi che sei già in spiaggia. Se arriva però, perché spesso dopo l’attesa ti rispondono che si sono sbagliati e in realtà non c’è. Caos costante: bambini urlanti a tutte le ore, camerieri che rifanno le camere gentilissimi ma sembra stiano facendo un trasloco. Io davvero queste 4 stelle non le vedo proprio.

Soggiornato per la prima volta in questo albergo per motivi lavorativi e sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito...Struttura molto bella direttamente sul mare...staff davvero cortese e sempre a disposizione nella persona del direttore Luca,ma soprattutto coccolati dallo chef Andrea che ogni giorno ci preparava prelibatezze diverse...che dire tornerei volentieri la prossima volta però per una meritata vacanza....

Hotel stupendo abbiamo fatto due notti , io e mio marito la camera perfetta e pulita tutto lo staff gentilissimo, spa e massaggio veramente piacevole ,colazione buona dolce e salata Avevamo bisogno di relax e l abbiamo trovato Ci ritorneremo al più presto .

Ottima posizione. unico hotel posizionato sulla spiaggia. servizio eccellente, in particolar modo la governante di piano, sempre attenta ad ogni esigenza. Ottima colazione. Pulizia delle camere ottima, così come la vista delle camere fronte mare

Ci siamo trovati molto bene all' hotel Kursaal : eccellente la colazione, stanze eleganti e pulite, ottima l' ospitalità e la gentilezza del personale.Um' ultima cosa: siamo stati ospitati nelle stanza storica dell' hotel, dove hanno alloggiato personaggi importanti.Ottima esperienza

Sono ritornato dopo 15/16 anni in questo Hotel e devo dire che non è cambiato nulla da allora.... Forse qualche miglioramento e manutenzione alle finestre e ai bagni si potrebbe fare...,per togliere gli spifferi e poter fare la doccia senza allagare il bagno..... Comunque posto sempre strategico per soggiornare con tranquillità. La colazione sempre buona con tanta varietà di dolci e salato. Grazie. F.D.

Ottimo hotel, da un lato la spiaggia è dall'altra il centro. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione eccellente. Camera molto pulita come tutto il resto.il parcheggio a pagamento lo consiglio per essere liberi,tanto è in centro.
