Parking proves to be a challenge, particularly for latecomers, with limited spaces available. The breakfast, while satisfactory, lacks the wow factor. Nevertheless, the hotel makes up for it with a prime location, offering easy access to the city center. Despite its dated charm, this accommodation option provides reasonable rates, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious travelers willing to compromise on certain aspects of comfort and modernity.

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

First impressions of the hotel were great. The Christmas decor made it look fabulous. Staff were very friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us, including entertaining my little boy. We were extremely pleased to be staying there. Unfortunately, our stay was tainted by two late night parties (one was on New Year’s Eve so was expected to be on late but not going past 1am as we were told this wouldn’t be the case). It seemed there wasn’t any consideration for the guests staying in the hotel as loud music was playing until past midnight. It seemed that the family who run the business were treating it as if it was their house and not a hotel with paying guests in it. It was a shame these incidents had to overshadow our otherwise great stay there.
