The staff at the hotel were so helpful and happy, the location of the hotel is right in the centre. I was meant to book a hotel in Valencia but this came up on the trip app as in Valencia. I’m so glad we got to experience castellio de plana. What a lovely, fun and welcoming town at Christmas time. The food culture was amazing. Thank you for an excellent trip and making feel so welcome.

Nice hottel and good service

Highly recommended hotel. Very clean room and very comfortable mattress. Very good location, just a few meters from the center of Castellón. Very friendly staff. We will definitely return.

No parking space had to park him outside in another building was not very hygienic

The treatment by all the receptionists we met was great: friendly, polite and diligent. The room was something else, it is clear that not only do they not spend money on renovating rooms, but they also do not spend money on proper maintenance. Sometimes not investing in a business has its downside, in this case we will not return to this hotel, and it is a shame because the service by the staff is impeccable.

We went to the National Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship. The staff at the time was very friendly and dedicated to caring for the girl.

This small suite is very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. There are many varieties for breakfast. The service staff has a very good attitude.

The hydromassage shower was broken, we asked to fix it and they didn't help us at all.
