Enjoyed our stay here. A lot of amenities - fitness club, indoor and outdoor pools, spa, wine tasting, beer tasting, etc. the room we took was for 3 with 2 queens and it was spacious. Breakfast has a good spread with live counter for eggs. Lunch is ok in comparison. Service we received for this booking was pleasant. Location is perfect with all the important attractions nearby and in the night the entire neighborhood is alive with things to do and food to eat.

The Hilton Niagara Falls is a fantastic choice for a stay near the falls. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with stunning views of the Niagara River and both the American and Canadian Falls. The location is convenient for exploring the attractions around the falls, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. While the rooms are well-appointed, the highlight is definitely the panoramic vistas of the falls from select rooms. Overall, a great option for a memorable stay in Niagara Falls.

We researched the package deal and called the hotel directly to book because we had some questions about it. I tried calling the hotel for hours without them answering. So I called the restaurants directly. Skylon answered snd told me the deal is specific. Either salad or French onion soup to start with fresh bread, butter, striploin, chicken, pasta, prime rib, desert was black forest cake or mocha pudding. Plus tea or coffee. Btw no raw or brown sugar available. CoCos steak house never answered their phone after several calls over several hours. In the package it includes one meal at the Skylon one meal at COCOs Steak House. I assumed the dinner would be comparable and the breakfast would be decent. Was I in for a wake up call. Upon checking in which is slow and guests are very frustrated with the speed and etiquette mannerisms they receive at this hotel. In 3 days I never heard ; hello, welcome, thanks for staying, good morning, how was your stay, have a good day, good afternoon, etc. Upon entering our room it was modern, wood floors, wallpaper that was peeling on every wall, sliding door that barely worked, probably from 1970s. TV was small, remote was old and didn't work well. The towels were not in the room, no wash clothes etc. I called the front desk but had to go myself to get them. The bath mat never came. The bottom of the tub is extremely slippery, dangerously. The bed however was extremely comfortable and the linens high quality and spotless clean. The pillows were great as well. The rest of the room was clean with no complaints. Although I requested a higher floor, we received a ground floor, so no balcony or outside furniture to relax. Also for security reasons I prefer upper floors. Dinner at Skylon was great. The views, the food, and service were all excellent, although my meat was slightly overcooked it wasn't worth mentioning to the server. Dinner the following night at COCOs steak house was the complete opposite. The dinner selection was quite limited. Choice of one entrée, no appetizer, no desert. ! You had the choice of personal size pizza, chicken, prime rib, pasta. Although I had rare prime rib the night before, I ordered it again. They included choice of potato and veggies. I had baked potato. They don't have the loaded option although they have butter, sour cream, and bacon. Dinner arrived and was a sad story. Although I asked for rare, it was obviously cooked days earlier and reheated to well done. The portion was small, meat was extremely chewy, and no flavor at all. Served on a small diner plate with sour cream in a plastic cup. Definitely not worth $140 that was the price difference per night for the upgrade for the meal package. Breakfast at COCOs was sad too. It was limited to tea, or coffee, no option for juice, pancakes, or waffles Two eggs, bacon or sausage with toast but rye wasn't available either day just because it wasn't I was told. Lol. It didn't include hash browns or potato. Sl

The location of this hotel is faultless! Absolutely perfect to be able to see the falls and both Clifton Hill and Victoria Avenue are a short walk away too. As per the other reviews, the hotel rooms are quite dated in terms of the decor and furniture. But our two rooms didn’t have any problems with them. We were on the 6th floor and had a great view of the falls (although the windows could do with a clean!) I would HIGHLY recommend anyone staying here to pre-book breakfast (or a room with breakfast included), because the food is super tasty, filling and the service is great AND you sit over looking the falls too. Why would you leave for breakfast elsewhere when this is your view?!

Very comfortable and in a good location. It is close to the falls incline railway. It takes less than three minutes to go directly to the waterfall. The price is affordable and includes breakfast. Although the breakfast is average, it is very cost-effective. The staff is polite and friendly.

The staff was always supportive in every aspects of our stay.✊. We could not have asked for a better service. The hotel is close to many other places that we went too. The breakfast could have been better.

Went for the long weekend and were charged almost $1000 for 3 nights. The place isn’t bad, it’s just not worth that kind of over charge. If you want a nice cheap place to stay this is it. However don’t pay more than $70 a night or you will be disappointed. If you want to pay what we did, go to a premium hotel.

Don’t waste your hard earned money. I will give it 5 stars for the location but if there is anything below 0 for the rest of the stuff I wouldn’t hesitate to give it. This hotel is not clean at all. Rooms are smelly and insects crawling on the bed and window sills… the rooms don’t look like the pictures on their website. We stayed for two nights, if we had time to switch to another hotel, we would have definitely done that. When we pointed this out to the people at the reception during checkout, they didn’t care, they said we’ll let house keeping know. Rooms weren’t clean at all plus the sofa bed and carpets are so dirty and smelly! We paid $420 for two nights, I was expecting the rooms to be at least clean. See the pictures.

I was a tad decepted in the facilities available upon booking. When I looked through the pictures of the hotel it was shown and depicted as having a restaurant with great views of Niagara Falls. Hotel does not have this it's images from another place. Hotel was a decent price and quite clean. We got in at about 10pm and when we got to our room and my friend went to use the bathroom the door came off one hinge... did get it fixed the next day but reception did not answer the phone at all even in the after hours number. Breakfast was OK but the breakfast area is right next to the pool so you do get the chlorine smell. They did store our luggage but it wasn't very secure was just behind the desk where if anyone wanted to they could quite easily get to the bags. Otherwise most things were within a 10 minute walk hotel did have a lot of pamphlets available for local activities.

This is to notify about the terrible experience, unsafe experience we had at your hotel Mammas in .Just before we entered the room we noticed a pile of garbages, food remains collected outside the room . We refreshed and went out at about 5 pm when Mr. Philip ( the manager ) let us know that there will not be a person available in the reception to open and gave us a pass key to access and enter . We got back to the hotel room at about 2 am and we were taken aback as we still found the trash lying there all rotten . There was a gap under the door and the smell entered the room which left my husband sleepless as it was a bad stink . There was no one on the reception desk or anyone to reach out at that time to ask them to get rid of it Then the next day , We get ready around 10 am and the trash was still there unattended . It shows how unhealthy and unhygienic the property is maintained . The other issues we had were as follows : When we got the room to see that the toilet potty was all yellow stains . Cleaning was done but not fully or neatly . Lipstick stain at the shower . The shower nob had only 3 holes with the water jetting in an insane force , if reduced there was hardly any water to wash the lather . I informed Mr. Philip about all that I had mentioned above . He said he couldn’t see the trash on the blind spot from his camera as he surveys them all the time . Then he saw them & apologised for the mistake and carelessness of his fellow staff . We didn’t sound complaining rather it was a quite gentle suggestion . Before making the reservation I was very particular about having a good microwave oven inside my room & they assured me they will have one and we did have one. The rim and the glass plate inside the oven didn’t sit quite well. On 23 July 2023 I tried heating up my food and when I opened the door once it’s done the glass plate slides down along with the container of food I had. I held the hot dish in my left hand and the gliding plate with the right hand . Either ones falling on my leg would have lead to an emergency reaching the 911. I was glad my child wasn’t close to me when this happened . My husband got really exasperated after this as all this while we were patient & this was like a trigger. Paying 200 $ per night is no joke to such unhealthy and unsafe environment provided to the guests . I would seriously never recommend this unsafe and unhygienic place to anyone . My husband always insists me on going for brand chain of hotels , but I always wanted to encourage small group businesses and I was so wrong in choosing Mammas in , that way for giving us such an unpleasant disappointing experience.
