"There are several kinds of bread, waffles, milk, juice, eggs, meat patties for breakfast... There is no way to meet the standard requirements of international hotels, but you can have enough, American breakfast is like this! The room was really small enough to look like only one elevator was dirty and far from my room! The guests of the accommodation are also compared... The corridor is the big corridor. In the morning, there are shit in the hallway, and the children cry in the middle of the night. The restaurant for breakfast is very small. There are several tables, one or two American families, chatting there. Laughing! At the time of check-in, I also caught up with an aunt who was communicating with the front desk about the loss of her mobile phone. In short, it was a little unsafe!"

"The hotel was very clean. The only issue is the bedrooms were a little small and there is no house keeping every day. So you will have to make up your bed and take out your own trash. House keeping on 2nd or 3rd day of stay so basically when you check out. Th e food was outstanding and they have many selections for all types of eaters. I just wished they had actual creamers not syrups. Either way I will be staying there again if going that route in our vacation again. Front desk are very nice and helpful. The pool was very clean and jacuzzi was very nice also. Over all a great hotel stay."

"How should I evaluate it? The front desk service is still very good, because my family had a wounded man with a broken leg and crutches. I specially arranged the first floor and showed me first. But when I entered the hall, the cleaner was mopping the floor and the floor was slippery. My patient fell again and was injured twice. The most important thing is that, for some reason, Ctrip sent a text message saying that we did not check in and deducted another time. I wonder if it's a Ctrip problem or a hotel problem? In short, the communication is not smooth. This is the second time that the check-in information cannot be checked for repeated deductions during this trip to the US Causes us a lot of trouble. I hope Ctrip will pay attention to it instead of blocking my comments"

GGuest UserThe concierge was nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I love how quiet this hotel was even though we came with kids and there are other families with kids. I do wish the staff in the kitchen area were nicer and more helpful though. They didn't give an announcement about closing the breakfast area off and just started pulling the curtain to close on people, which I thought was quite rude. Besides this, our trip was amazing and everyone else at the hotel were really nice.

Hotels of this level are basically carpeted and dark in color. Is it a bit of luck to keep them clean? In fact, it is quite difficult to keep them very clean. The carpet can only be vacuumed once, not deeply cleaned.
There are no facilities nearby when staying here. It is mainly for walking back to the hotel after playing in Lego Land. Otherwise, I would not stay here for the same price.
Let’s talk about Legoland again. Unless you are a Lego fan under 6 years old, there is no need to come. The things inside are relatively childish. People over 6 years old will find it boring.

Once we pulled into resort we were pleasantly surprised. WOW was first word we said. This place is SPECTACULAR, FANTASY ISLANDfor those old enough to remember. WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE THIS PLACE. GO to check in for SUNDAY and MONDAY my mistake I did not have reservations for SUNDAY. Angel at the front desk said ”no worries I will take care of everything ” SHE WAS TREMENDOUS, upgraded us to GREAT ROOM. I cannot say enough things about this resort from the valet team to front desk to room service GREAT. I WILL ONLY STAY AT OMNI RESORTS from now on. I GIVE THIS RESORT 10 STARS.
