The pictures of the hotel are very nice, but in real it is not. Not maintained at all. The location is very dangerous in La Candelaria. You cannot walk, not even in the street where the hotel is located. No maid service in the weekends, no clean towels in the weekend. And worst of all, the rooms are full of bedbugs. We had a terrible stay at this hotel.

Nobody should go! The photos and reviews you have here are way out of date. Maybe 10 years ago, when it first opened, it was a hotel like this, but now... it's horrible. They treated me terribly. I was going for a week with my seven-night reservation voucher, and it turns out they'd only booked me two nights because the "pirates" who work at that hotel and with whom my agency in Spain booked didn't pay the hotel what they'd already charged in advance. At least that's what they told me. So on Monday, when I had to start work, they told me to pack all my things and they'd see if they had a room because "that agency always did the same thing, didn't pay in case the guest didn't show up in the end." How can they work with a wholesaler, agency, or whatever, like that? That they keep the money? The next day, a room "appeared" (I don't know why, since the hotel was full...) because they paid for an extra night, and so on until my Spanish agency got serious and finally told me I could stay but they'd change my room. THE NEW ROOM, A HOLE, interior, WITHOUT natural light. Working there without an exterior window, with the light on all day, actually. SO, ON THE DAY OF THE GREAT BLACKOUT, I couldn't stay in my room because I couldn't see anything without a window facing the street...

Avoid this hotel. Disgusting service, no towels in the room, no water, interruptions in the Internet. At the reception they shake their heads and cannot do anything. If you want to feel like you are forever indebted to the staff, welcome. If you want minimal service, go to another hotel.

There was no water when a mud arrived in the wells, they do not accept retentions or return the retention money and the service at the reception is not the best. Deteriorated room, the truth is that bad service, the mattress under the sheets has a plastic lining or bag
