As a valued Safari Squad member, your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. It's unfortunate that there was some confusion regarding the room amenities and the presence of the lizard, which we believe to have been a gecko. We do our best to communicate what each room offers in all of our listings, and our office team are always here to help with any concerns or room upgrades. Upon receiving a call from your booking agent, who confirmed the room type booked was a fan-only room, we advised that should you wish to upgrade to an air-conditioned room, there would be an additional fee. We indicated we could accommodate the request if you came to the office to make the arrangements and swap keys. It was our understanding that this information was provided to you, and you chose to remain in the booked room. We value your feedback, and hope that you otherwise enjoyed your time where the rainforest meets the reef! Team Safari Lodge
