Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in

Great hotel, exceptional concierge - super friendly and helpful . I also left my jumper behind and they contacted me and shipped it to me in the UK. Only let down is the staff and menu at the beach bar where sadly service and some of the staff attitudes didn’t reflect the standards of the hotel.

Really very well received the hotel room is super big and beautiful. For the place it is flawless in the middle of Croisette in front of the beach and 10 minutes walk from almost everything so nothing to say. We were also upgraded from deluxe to premium room so super nice of them

This should be the best hotel I stayed in during my trip to France. First of all, the reception was very good. It was the first time that the front desk check-in person left her job to send me to the room. This was the first time I encountered this when traveling abroad, and I actually forgot to tip her. Secondly, the environment of the hotel is very good. There is an open-air swimming pool surrounded by the hotel rooms, which is very private. The staff at the swimming pool also provide very good service. The room is extremely well designed, probably designed by a professional designer. Whether it is the bedding or the layout, or the background of the entire room, it feels very comfortable. Let's talk about the not-so-good things. First, they charged more money when you check out, so you must not use a card as a guarantee, otherwise they will charge you twice. It is better to pay cash as a deposit. This is an experience I learned from them. Later, I had a lot of trouble to get the money back. Second, their beach is not as good as imagined. It is not only for hotel guests, but anyone can enter, and the beach beds are too close. Lying on the bed feels like sleeping on the same bed with others.

Overall, a good hotel, but the price/quality ratio, especially in season, is not worth the money, it is not the newest and needs renovation, especially the rooms, but otherwise everything was good, the hotel is in a very good location and is located on the Croisette near all the main attractions of the city of Cannes.

Very bad feeling. The entrance of the hotel is very small, and there is basically no parking space. You have to park on the road and wait for an empty space to enter. The house is only 31 square meters. If you have less than 24 square meters, the hotel does not admit it. The service at the front desk is also very good. Poor, I feel that the hotel is a mess. Not recommended!
