Centrally located hotel and about 10 minutes on foot from the train station. Staff is polite and friendly. Wi-Fi works well. Rooms are spacious and overall clean except the toilet (it was not cleaned after the previous guest, what a shame!).

Staff allow me to do the late check out at 12 30 pm in departure date. Room with air conditioning is a plus in summer time. Will go back to stay in this hotel again

The triple room we booked had three single beds. The room was not big and it was a bit cramped to open the suitcase, but the bathroom was unusually large. The aunt at the front desk was very friendly and it's about a 10-minute walk from Cannes train station. I encountered a thief on the train to Cannes and my luggage was stolen. I was very depressed. There was a smell of paint in the hotel corridor when you came out of the elevator. Fortunately, the room didn't have any smell. There is a small balcony where you can go to cool down and enjoy the breeze, which is quite nice.

A very pleasantly surprised hotel, clean and sanitary, not far from the train station, and within walking distance to the beach. The front desk staff was very friendly, and everything made me feel very good. Cannes is a clean, beautiful and safe city, and I will come again.

Very spacious and clean, the bathroom is separated by transparent glass. If two people stay, if one person is taking a shower, the toilet and sink next to it will be very embarrassing 😅

Emplacement proche gare, centre et plage. Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel on m’a attribué exactement la même chambre (comme une impression de se sentir à la maison) Très bon accueil du personnel chaleureux souriant et agréable. Chambre double propre, lumineuse et grande avec balcon. Literie confortable, mise à disposition d’un frigo et d’une machine à café/thé Petit déjeuner buffet bon et varié, parking privé sécurisé ( en supplément) Tout était parfait!!
